Antique French Cassio Gilt Bronze Ormolu Boudoir Wall Clock & Barometer with Jewels

The clock is 4.76 inches (12.1 cm) long by 3.46 inches (8.8 cm) wide and 1.77 inches (4.5 cm) thick. The barometer is 4.7 inches (12 cm) long by 3.4 inches (8.7 cm) wide and 1.85 inches (4.7 cm) thick. The total weight is 1.8 Lb.

They are tarnished and have stains at the enamel face, a enamel chip at the clock's face, loss of gilding, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos)...

This is a fully-functional, ready to use vintage 1900 wood and porcelain pestle.

The condition is very good with only signs of mild wear commensurate of a modestly used tool of the trade. No damage or loss, just scruffs and a nice surface patina.

Measures about 10.5 inches long and ready for your collection or use. The #7 is stamped into the edge of porcelain.

A very rare cast iron fireplace tool set with caddy includes tongs, poker, and shovel. The caddy in enameled in black over a white primer, a clue to help dating of the set. The caddy is formed of rectilinear lines with a bird with large plumes in the center. Each of the tools has a ring for either grabbing or hanging. Antique 19th C rosewood sewing box with a ball bun foot at each corner. Padded top fits nicely and lifts off. Designed to be displayed on a table top, it is a solid piece measuring 6.5" high, 6.75" across, 5" front to back.

Measuring just 2 inches high, blown-in-mold, 19th century, clear glass bleeding or cupping glass is in excellent condition.

Extensively used in the 19th century and earlier, the cupping glass is a glass vessel from which the air has been exhausted by heat or suction creating a vacuum, and then applied to the skin to draw blood to the surface for therapeutic or curative purposes.

This is a graphic pin cushion from the 1860's in brown, blue and tan star pattern. The back is a egg wash blue linen. It has a nice blue velvet saw tooth edge that goes around the middle of the cushion. It is all hand sewn, a real work of art. It is worn but mellow and nice. It is 8" diameter and is 4" high. A nice surviving example of a Civil War era pin cushion.

This strawberry pin cushion has been enhanced with black pins or maybe it was made that way. It is all hand sewn, has ink seed markings, felt top that is faded and is stuffed firmly with cotton. It is the size of a lime to give you a visual idea. It is 3" long. Circa 1880-90

19th C sterling silver and ebony swagger stick. Presentation engraving on handle was done sometime after 1920. Marked sterling on all silver pieces, it is in excellent condition and measures 17.5" long.
