Antique 17th—or early 18th-century Russian or Ukrainian portable inkwell. It is made of copper alloy and has a unique flattened flask shape. The inkwell has a wide mouth and two loops on the sides used for hanging.

The front and back of the inkwell are adorned with low relief incised decor, which depicts a popular 17th-century Russian topic known as "Fight of the Lion and Unicorn." This topic was often used in Russian art and literature, symbolizing the struggle between good and evil.

The ultimate in men’s accessories is this 14Kt white gold pen knife from the early twentieth century. It was originally used on watch chains as a functional fob. The knife has two folding blades one of which is a knife blade and the other is a nail file/ pick. On the front there is a diamond shaped 14Kt yellow gold plaque, hand-engraved with the initials H.D. The length of the knife is 2 3/8” including the fold down bail, and the width is 7/16”.

A fabulous 19th C Meissen porcelain inkwell set in Imari palate. Consisting of an inkwell with lid, a sander and an undertray. All pieces were hand painted and are in excellent condition. There is some wear to the enamels on the tray from use but that is it. No hairlines, chips, or cracks. This is the original 11 1/4" by 12 1/2" painted face from a 19th century grandfather or grandmother clock, probably American, circa 1840. It stands as a work of folk art in and of itself.
