An ancient amuletic bead, carved in bone of a monkey, Pre-Columbian Andean region, c. 600-1200 AD.

Attractive and still wearable with loop at the back.

Condition: Extremely fine.

Large antique Native American storage basket, circa 1890-1910. Appears to have originated in the North West United States, presumably Skokomish. Some edge damage, otherwise in good condition. Approximately 13" in diameter.

2 sterling tupu or shawl pins, Peruvian in origin, appear to be older and used examples, likely date to 19th century, in the style that has been utilized since the pre Hispanic era by the Inca culture. Measure: Larger is 8" long and 1 5/8" wide in bowl; smaller is 7 1/4" long and 1 1/8" wide. Both are incised with designs and have loops on each side, these sometimes held other ornamental items attached with small chain. Tupu, or Tupo, have been used in the Andes mountains since pre-columbia...

An incredible Veraguas gold figural pendant biting a double-headed snake, Costa Rica, Circa 500-1000 A.D., height 1 13/16 inches (4.6 cm); 14 karat pure gold; especially beautiful solid yellow gold, 4.81 dwt., original loop for suspension. This is a perfect specimen. A 10+. Provenance: Art Market, Canal Zone, Panama. Dora (b. 1920) & David McIlhenny (1920-1992), Green Valley Arizona, acquired while living in Panama, 1960s-1977; thence by descent. [accompanied with a letter of ownership]

Oval vessel with bow handle between spout and perforated animal head, Vicús, ca. 100 - 500 AD.

Fine condition vessel from the rather illusive Vicus culture contemporary with the more well-known Moche culture. The vessel misses a very small pseudy lug handle at one side, othervise completely intact and unrepaired with some light weathering at edge of the spout.

Size: 18,5cm long.

Provenance: Heidi Vogelsandt, Darmstadt, prior to 1995.

A rare and interesting depiction of a wild dog on a double vessel with a large mug decorated with a relief carving of human figures and with whistle function.

Size: 19,5 cm. wide and 13,5cm. tall, substantial in hand.

Condtition: Good Very fine, intact with a short closed micro-thin hairline at the rim.

An attractive double chambered bridge vessel with bow handle and a human head, body with relief decorations, Pre-columbian Chimú, 1250-1450 AD.

Size: 21,5 cm. wide and 18,5cm. tall.

Condition: Nice Very fine, hairline closed crack in the body and some light chipping of edges, othervise complete and intact.

Pre-Columbian, Mexico, Guerrero region, Mezcala culture, ca. 1200 BCE-200 BCE. Father figure with child on hip. Each figure has attenuated legs, string-cut grooves delineating the arms and neck, and bulbous heads with minimalist visages. Made from diorite. Size of tallest section 3" H, includes custom stand.

This incredible delicate Columbia Plateau gem point is made from highly translucent agate. No bends, curves or stacks. Beautiful edge work. Super thin. Found at The Dalles. It is a huge 2 3/4". A true G10. I've never seen one better. Ex Dean Mesnard. A once in a lifetime find. Tony Putty COA.

4 7/8" long fossilized Megalodon sharks tooth in excellent condition. Found in a river near Savannah, GA. This size tooth is from a 50 foot long meg. Nice river polish. Heavy. These teeth are often faked. This tooth is from a 10 million year old fossil and has no repair or restoration. Most have serious undetected restoration. This one is a no-brainer. Inca 5 1/4" Copper Condor Effigy Knife of a mother feeding her chick was found in Peru. Patinated Copper. The blade is still sharp and in excellent condition. What a find! The Andean condor is an impressive animal being the largest flying bird in the world with wing span of up to 10 feet.
