A beautiful seal carved in a dark serpentine. Finely polished oval base engraved with a Ram or stagg and a three in front.

A truly spectacular example of early Roman glass, being a sea-green bowl of shallow rounded form with a smooth edge and 28 exterior pronounced ribs converging at the bottom. A wheel cut triple band circles the lower flattened section of the bowl.

The diameter at the top rim is 6 1/8", and the height is 1 3/8". The condition of the bowl is superb, with no chips, cracks, or restoration and displaying a wonderful iridescence...

Colorful fragment from a sarcophagus. Depicting and facing left, Osiris and two of the four sons of Horus - the falcon headed god - Qebehsenuef and the jackal headed god, Duamutef. All wearing elaborate, cross-hatched, net-design garments. Hieroglyphic inscription and remains of feather design underneath. A very close parallel at the Brooklyn Museum, appears to date this cartonnage to probably the end of the 25th Dynasty, 712-664 B.C. 10 3/4 inches high X 6 1/4 inches wide. All original pigment...

A large 4 sided jar in sea-green glass, having a wide ridged strap handle and folded lip. The base is decorated with a segmented circle in the center of which is another circle. Smaller circles are at each corner of the base. This is NOT a reproduction, but an original period piece.

The jar is in excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, or repairs. It is 9 1/2" tall, and 3 1/4" on each side of the square base.

This classic Etruscan bronze is in excellent condition, measuring just over six inches in length. Each terminus (end) has the face of a bearded Satyr, with flaring, upturned ears. A rare Ancient Near East Bronze short sword or large dagger dating to 1st-2nd mill BC.

Commonly termed Luristani by dealers and collectors.

Fine style weapon with square shoulders and a flat central midrib. As a rare feature, on this short sword the lower part of the hilt is intact, which is seldom seen on this type of bronze age weapon.

This amulet is carved from a beautiful blue-green stone, most probably jasper and has been done with great attention to detail. The surface has a wonderful "mellow" patina and great tactile appeal. It measures 1"in height and is free from any restoration or re-carving. Inserted on a wooden stand, easily removed, should one desire. Dating to the Middle Kingdom. Ex London art market. Agate cylinder seal with an intricate incised design representing a king or deity facing right, surmounted by a bird, and facing a smaller character holding a weapon and standing on a pedestal surmounting a tiny character at its feet. Mosaic glass pendant in the shape of a bearded head, surmounted by a large loop for attachment to a necklace. Phenicia, or Carthage, archaic period, 350 to 200 B.C. Height: 6.1 cm. Small glass phial, with a bulbous body resting on a circular foot and surmounted by a cylindrical long neck. Slight irisations and soil encrustations. Roman period, ca. 3rd century. Height: 5.5 cm. Very good condition.

Authentic ancient, 6th - 5th century B.C. Northern Black Sea Region, Scythian iron short sword – dagger Akinakes, Acinaces, Akinak. Comprising a sturdy, straight double-edged tapering blade, the flattened handle with lobed (Butterfly) guard and double-loop pommel, often called "antenna" pommel.
