Chinese export porcelain model of Zhang Guolao, one of the eight Taoist immortals. He is holding a bamboo drum and riding on a mule. Dating to the late Qianlong period. With later wooden stand. Condition: fine, except the inserted ears of the animal are lost. Dimension: 22.5 cm high x 16.2 cm long (without stand).

18th Century Chinese Yongzheng period Famille Rose Porcelain large deep Charger/Platter, between 1723-1736, 15 1/4" diameter, 2 1/4" high, with large Peony flowering branches in the center bordered by high and wide rim decorated with more Peony floral design, highlighted with gold. The decorations are done by raised low relief overglaze enamel and emphasize for the each design, strokes and colors with black fine lines. The condition is good, no damage or restoration.

Chinese Export Imari Porcelain Plate, 18th C. Qianlong period 1736-1795, 9" diameter, 1 7/8" high, with Peony flower branches in the center, within more floral branches decorated on the wide border, all the decorations are done with overglaze iron red on top of the underglaze blue, highlighted in gold. There are very tight glaze hairline under the plate about 2" long and another one is 3/4" long, and small chips 1/8" wide under the rim.

Chinese Export carved Ivory Box for European Market, Ca. 1850, 2 1/8" high, 9 5/8" wide, 3 3/4" deep, with exquisite deep three(3) dimensional carvings of typical Chinese Scholars reading Poems and other activities in the Pavilions in the Garden scenery inside Cartouches on top, front, back and both sides within sprigs of floral design border. It has European style brass hinges, and key holes which is not working, small upper section brass lock compartment is missing, the bottom is rosewood...

Late 19th century Korean silver coffee spoon with recessed enamel yin/yang symbol surrounded by 4 trigrams from I Ching, the whole design representing the Korean flag. Excellent crisp work, in very good condition, hallmarked in Korean on the stem. Length 5 inches.

An interesting set of two Chinese Canton paintings depicting two festival scenes that were possibly seen on the streets in China during the Qing dynasty. The top view depicts a figure riding a horse and people are flocking to receive blessings. The bottom scene is showing a theatrical troupe passing by. The painting contains techniques that were brought in from the West in Canton during the 19th century. Age: 19th century Size: Length 15.5" Height 19.75"

A pair of two different paintings depicting different views of people either engaged in different activities. One scene appears to show a soldier like figure coming back or meeting a lady and another scene is depicting a family at leisure. Particular elements have elements similar to Chinese theatrical costuming and designs. The techniques are more Western since these works were made in Guangzhou in the Canton concessions. Three Chinese Export flat plates from the Kangxi period. Decorated with the "100 antiques" motif in the Imari palette and gold. The rim in underglaze dark brown. Condition: minor wear to gold. Two plates with few tiny rim frits and flakes and with total 3 rim chips (see picture 10). Dimension: diameter: 22.5 cm.

Chinese Export Rose Medallion porcelain tea pot and bowl in fitted woven bamboo basket with brass handle and hinges, Ca. 1870, Tea pot-4 1/2" high, 6" wide with spout, 4" diameter on the bottom, and Tea bowl-1 7/8" high 2 5/8" diameter-top rim, Basket 5 3/4" high, 8 3/4" wide, 6" deep-oval shape bamboo woven basket. This is typical pattern of Rose Medallion with Famille Rose color of Mandarin in the court yard inside the enclosed cartouches surrounded with birds and flowering branches...

Silver cocktail shaker with strainer and detachable cap. Embossed decoration of a dragon and a round cartouche with monogram on a shagreen simulating ground. Base marked "Nanking", mark of the Nanking Silver Store in Shanghai. Condition: the cap with one, the foot and beaker's rim with small dents. Dimension: 26.2 cm high, diameter: 10.7 cm, weight: 406 g.

An antique walking cane or parasol handle. Made of silver decorated with two dragons chasing the flaming pearl among clouds. Top with monogram. Unmarked, tested silver. Condition: top slightly dented. Dimension: total length: 30.6 cm.

Chinese Export Cafe au Lait Porcelain Tea pot, made later part of Qianlong period 1736-1796, 5" high with knob, 7 1/2" wide with spout and handle included. Iron red and black overglaze decoration of flowering branches highlighted in gold inside the leaf shape open cartouches on both sides and another smaller cartouches under the handle. Only two(2) small very shallow old frits, the size of 1/8" inside the unglazed area of the top rim.
