A Pair of antique, 19th-early 20th century, North African -Sahara, tribal Islamic, cast bronze saddle stirrups in Turkish Ottoman manner. Each with a flaring base plate narrowed at the center and decorated with a pierced designee on the center, flanked by shaped sides rising to an arch with loop for suspension.

This Antique Persian Tribal Kilim was woven by the Qashqai Nomadic Tribal group in Southwestern Persia/Iran. Woven in the late 19th century with amazing all natural colors and in remarkable condition. Both decorative and highly collectible piece. Qashqai rugs typically have designs of diamond shaped medallions. It has various shades of oranges and reds on brown abrash and off-white ground. It measures 12'5" by 4'10".

Antique Persian Bijar Heriz Serapi Hand Knotted Rug, Made in the area of Gholtugh Bijar, Kurdistan, in Iran (Old Persia) at around 1920, from 100% wool and vegetable dyes in the geometric pattern and colors common of the Heriz region. The ground fabric was certainly made in China. The ends of the shawl are finely embroidered in multi-colored silk yarn. The embroidery is identical on both surfaces. The sides with fringes or crochet work. Condition: one hole (near embroidery) and few tiny holes, few tiny stains and loose threads. Dimension: length without fringes: approx. 225 cm, width: 45 cm.

The basic fabric is a linen weave with black stripes. The ends are embroidered with a striped camel carrying a coffin to Mecca, in polychrome threads and decorated with fold silvered metal. The entire surface of this box is covered with a Persian floral design executed in pure gold overlaid on steel. The interior is fitted with silk moire sections. The lid is hinged and has a lock but no key. The base is undecorated steel. There is an area on the lid that is rubbed and some of the gold is lost.

Two different pipes, the bowls made of Tophane clay embellished with gilding or gilded metal rim. The stems ar made of wood ending in a horn mouthpiece. One with mark. Condition: one bowl was broken in two and the other one with two chips. Dimension: total length: 35 cm and 16 cm.

Two interesting brown velvet panel fragments with botehs and flowers in silk embroidery and embellished with gilt and silvered sequins. Origin could also be Central Asia. An oval brass seal and a square carnelian or glass seal, each with silver mount. The faces engraved with Arabic inscriptions, one dated. Condition: some traces of usage. Dimension: 1.6 cm long, 1.9 cm and 2.9 cm high (with loop).

A complete smoking pipe in the Turkish style with red clay pipe bowl, maybe made in Europe, with gilt metal mountings. Stamped. The wooden stem with velvet and metal mountings is ending in a yellow glass mouthpiece. Condition: traces of usage, wear to velvet and gilding, mouthpiece with a chip. Dimension: total length 23.8 cm.

Octagonal shaped miniature qur'an container with hinged and slightly convex lid. Two sides with a metal loop for the attachment to the arm. The lid and the sides decorated with verses from the qur'an. Condition: good. Dimension: 4.9 cm x 4.9 cm, 1.4 cm high, weight: 26 g.

A Persian nargileh water pipe cup "qalian" in conical form, made of brass or copper, maybe with gilding. Engraved and embossed decoration of flowers and calligraphy.
