The base has four bats, one on each side. The edge of the plate has old fitters from age.

This beautiful mottled gray/green color stone There is a carved with dragon which is deeply undercut so that he is suspended across the top of the stone. The ink reservoir has a matching stone cover. The ink stone is carved from a thick slab of stone, 10 inches across the back, 6+ inches back to front, and over one inch thick. It is heavy. It has been held in a private collection for about 20 years....conservatively dates from early 1800's...

The interior of the bowl has a scene with a playful boy throwing a good luck fire cracker in the center and is decorated with a Lingzhi flared border design. The foot of the bowl is also flared and has a double circle...

A nice rare Chinese Five dynasty or later Yue ware covered box in lotus flower pattern moulded, still in good condition except not so bad glaze corrosion and fainting crack lines/ crazing over the cover area top that is not thru when contain water, probably firing crack or star crack caused by water pressure on the top cover, obviously not from the side up crack caused by hard knock , please ask for detailed pictures if needed as I can't explain it.

The scene depicts mountains and a flowing river with a fisherman sitting quietly angling on the bank. The stopper is natural tiger eye with a bone or ivory spoon.
