Carlsbad (Bohemian) Ewer, by the Victoria Porcelain Factory; Gold and White Florals with Gilt Handle. Dimensions; 5.5" high x 2.5" across.

Offered is this very rare 'Diamond glass' (produced by blowing compressed air), English glass vase, made around 1850, most likely by Ricardson and may have been designed by Thomas Webb (when he was still at Richardson). The vase is 9 inches (23 cm) tall. Overall, the blown (has pontil), cased-glass vase is in good condition (as are typical of these vases with glass applications, there is a small flake on the applied flower and a short discontinuation on the applied limb - see pictures)...

Chinese late Qing dynasty red silk temple hanging or altar frontispiece embroidered in metallic-couched and polychrome silk threads. A horizontal panel across the top holds seven figures standing among foliage. The lower section is embroidered with two phoenix birds among leafy flowers. The red silk panels are bordered in dark blue ground with metallic shou (longevity) symbols alternating with flowers. The borders are edged in black silk. Late 19th century...

Small wool carpet with lotus design. Large central lotus is dark blue on pink hued ground. It is surrounded by blue and pink blooms. It measures 27" by 24". Made of wool. Overall good condition.

Unusual three tiered red lacquered old box with a design of a tree with mother of pearl inlay and images which looks like clouds or stylized bats for good luck. Size: H 25cm X 25cm X 23cm. Condition: Some chipping from age.

19th Century Chinese Cinnabar Carved 2 Tiers Box with Figures

It is 3.74 inches (9.5 cm) tall by 12.59 inches (32 cm) in length by 8.85 inches (22.5 cm) wide. It is 3.1 Lb.

It has chips, cracks, peeling and retouching of lacquer, writing at the bottom, felt fabric glued to the bottom, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Wonderful smiling face with benevolent expression of slight inebriation, finely carved, beautiful patina. Antique Chinese pair of large joss stick incense holders. Made of porcelain in bell form. Decorated with painted designs of dragons, lingzhi and scrolling vines in red-orange overglaze standing out against a dramatic black ground. Each joss holder has four large dragon medallions, two on the top portion and two on the bottom. Around them is painted a variety of scrolling foliage...

An elegant and fine ink-stone (Shezhou, Anhui) made of carved, dark schist with minor, green-brown inclusions. One “eye.” Two small feet at top end. Fitted and finely carved lid of chicken wing wood (jichimu). The inscription reads: “A treasure from the Zhishi shanfang.” In a Japanese box from the 19th century (with full inscription). China: Qing, probably 18th cent. L 16,5 cm, W 11 cm. Condition: Excellent (small chip in ink-well).

A rare flesh pink glazed earthenware Art Nouveau style vase painted with Narcissus flowers in green, white and yellow enamels. This item was made, circa 1895, by the Riessner Stellmacher and Kessler "Amphora" factory in the Bohemian village of Trnovany. Condition: very good - there are minor glaze losses, no cracks and no repairs or restoration. 30cm (11.75inches) high. This lovely small woman's purse was made from silk satin fabric and embroidered with silk thread useing the satin stitch. The purse still has the original silk ribbon attached to the bottom, and belt loop attached at the top.
