This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in the US by Willets Belleek between 1880 and 1904. The porcelain is very translucent and has designs that are molded into it. The cup has a fancy molded handle and a little pedestal. The rims have irregular, scalloped edges. The set is hand painted with gilded flowers and foliage that flows across the surface. This fire screen is mounted on a mahogany tri foot pole. The needlepoint is made of wool and silk. The entire piece measures 54 inches high. The screen is 19 1/2 inches by 26 inches. This dates late 19th century. This item is available for local pickup, only.
An unusual round paitong brass ink container with a floral design from the Ming period. Inside there are still remains of old dried out black ink. Signed on the underside, probably the maker. Size: Diameter. 7.8cm. H. 2.8cm. Condition: No repairs some wear from centuries of use.

A Chinese snuff bottle made of snowflake glass, with red overlay. Both sides with a carved and engraved chilong-dragon. The stopper is made from green glass and a bone spoon. Condition: the stopper eventually not original, traces of usage, bottle inside with some snuff residue. Dimension: c. 8.3 cm high.

A beautiful Chinese lacquer box, with an apocryphal Qianlong gold tone metal plate on the underside. This unique box has China painted on the inside which indicates about an 1890 date when the McKinley act was introduced. The box measures 5 3/4" x 4" x 2" and is very dense and heavy for its size. It is a charming and inexpensive example for your existing lacquer collection.
George V sterling silver picture frame. Made by William Comyns in London in 1912. Oval window in rectangular surround. Window border entwined with entwined with engraved and overlapping open ribbon with bows at top and bottom. A sweet way to “tie up” a special memory for posterity.
