A vintage English cut crystal dresser or powder jar on a pedestal foot with a sterling silver cover decorated with engine turning. There is a mirror affixed into the underside of the cover that can be used when applying powder or make-up. Birmingham assay, 1947, by F.H. Adams and Holman. Double ended Victorian scent bottle of faceted ruby colored glass with gold filled, foliate engraved metal end caps. The bottle is divided at the midpoint to form two separate scent vials. One end has a cap that opens with a button and hinge, while the other has a screw cap of similar appearance. Engraved initial 'B' on caps. Circa 1880s. Unmarked, but probably English. No internal stopper. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks or dents (one cap fitting is slightly loose)...
