Offered is a group of 3 Wright & Ditson Golf Clubs that include two scarce Hickory Smooth Face examples and one later steel club. Smooth face clubs fell out of fashion around circa 1900, although they were still offered in catalogues for a number of years. I date the following first two of the three clubs offered from 1900-1910.

An unusual pair of 14Kt pink gold and agate intaglio cuff links with Masonic symbols. The cuff links date back circa 1920’s. The backs are curved and each back ends with an oval button. This Matl is halmarked for when Matilde Poulat was designing in her shop. The drop is 3.25 in. tall and 3 1/8th inches across. The chickies have rounded puffy bellies and are nicely carved. There is no damage to silver or stones. I categorize the size of this well done Matl as a medium size. There are 2 larger lead off links that are identical as the rest of the chain. The clasp is also jeweled ending the design with a well balanced appearance. The weight is 72 grams...

One of the best repousse figural brooches I have had over the years this is an early, stunning bird studded with blue and greenish blue turquoise cabochons. The repoussage is definitely the work of somebody who mastered the art - bold, deep, with excellent detail that has been accentuated with time by warmly glowing patina. If you have to portray a peacock, it better look like this one here! The brooch measures 4 1/8" tall by 1 7/8" wide (at its widest)...

Early Victoria sterling silver necklace in a design inspired by Mexico's rich pre-Colombian heritage, very comfortable to wear and though true to the "archaeological" style not overwhelming at all. The carefully hand-crafted links that form it remind me of a similar Margot design but then during those years Taxco was a true melting pot of ideas in which silversmiths reflected off of each other and found inspiration in each other's work...

Each chair has a back splat with carved figural panels. Condition: repair to break on one arm, replaced glue blocks on undersides of seats, some scuffing to one side stretcher on base. Structurally sound.
