Description: The ovoid pot was suffused with striking purple bluish splashes on the surface. Standing on a circular solid foot with beveled edge, the jar has a bulge shoulder and a rolled rim to the mouth. A typical product from Duandian kiln Lusan county, Henan province of Tang Dynasty(8th-9th century) like this ware was preserved very well with obvious incursions left on the glaze. Some molding defects were found on the foot bottom and the burial dirt was hardened to the chips...

Measuring 8 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide x 4 inches high, this colorful, 1920's, tin lithographed, wind-up toy featuring a Black Native Riding a Turtle is quite visually appealing!!

In very nice condition with minor scratches to paint here and there as seen in photos, this wind-up toy works, but the mechanism does have the tendency to stick a little. Marked J. Chein.

A b/w bowl decorated outside with pair of phoenix among flower scrolls, the interior with alike decoration within double circle and diaper pattern around the inner rim. "Chang Ming Fu Qui" four character mark on the base. Condition with short hairlines visible on enlargement 5, further in perfect shape without any restoration. Late Ming dynasty Wanli period. Diameter: 16cm and High: 7.3cm.

This is a finely potted 8 lobed qingbai ewer from the Yuan dynasty. It stand on a flatten base with a sunken centre. On the base, there are also 4 iron brown spur mark. The good quality glaze with a tinge of bluish hue suggest that it could be from the Hutian kiln, the most famous kiln complex in the Jingdezhan area.

With the exception of some abrasion and a black spot (pic 5) on the body due possibly to the ash flake, the 8 lobbed qingbai ewer is in very good condition...

A B/W dish with rounded deep form, decorated with three cranes on flight among clouds in the center, mark on base. Transitional to early Qing period. Condition is good, excepted a kiln chip to rim and no any problem further. Diameter:

A set of seven (7) miniature paintings on canvas of winged Tibetan protector deities and gods surrounded by flames including Vajrapani and Yama Dharma Raja. Four (4) of the miniatures are finely executed line drawings with color washes on a light-weight canvas. These four appear to have been done by the same artist and are of approximately the same size. The other three are painted on a heavier canvas - two of which are painted in full with darker pigments...

Description: A nephrite white jade archer's ring was in very good condition. By a natural russet inclusion on the surface, the jade piece was in warm and greasy quality and can be a nice fingering item with charming look. Qing Dynasty(AD1616-1911), Outer width: 3.2cm, Inner width: 2.2cm.

Vintage mid century expertly chased, engraved sombrero hat dish by well known Mexican, well listed silversmiths and signed with the maker's mark: L. Maciel; Made in Mexico; Sterling 0.925. Sanborns was the other well known maker of same. Look for the eagle and snake motifs. This is just under 6"X2&3/4" and weighs 5.6 Ounces of sterling or 160 grams on a postal scale. This bucket is used & has some wear from age. Marked "Champagne de Castellane" & on the bottom "Depose, HB, Metry, Made in France." Nice graduated bottom; ring handles. This Ethnic Minority festival necklace is from one of the Miao villages in the mountains outside the city of Tia Jiang. The neckpiece is formed from a hollow silver tube aprox. .5 inches in diameter. The hollow medallion is .5 inches thick. The necklace can be worn comfortably. The silver medallion has elaborate reposse work with an array of symbols of Miao culture and legend. There is a pair of Phoenix birds flying above a pair of dragons who are chasing a fiery pearl enclosing a frog...

Description: An ivory seal was exquisitely carved on the top as a unique Lingzhi knob. By a charming and enduring aged patina, the seal was obviously used by scholars as a private stamp from the well carved print which was in literati meaning. It is a lovely little piece in good shape, nice patina and is full of the traditional connoisseur's taste. Date: Early Qing periods (18th Century or earlier), Dimensions: 1.8cm x 1.3cm x 1.1cm.

A fine blue & white dish, decorated with a Lion Foo dog in the center, underside with continuous Chrysanthemum scroll. Ming dynasty 15th century interregnum period, Zhendong period ware. Condition is perfect, no any chips, cracks and free from restoration. Diameter: 17.3 cm.

A rare Yuan dynasty longquan celadon dish, rounded side with flattened rim and glazed foot ring, dish decorated with molded flower (lotus) motif, at the inner wall there is carved weave motif, base is glazed with apart of wide ring for firing which has reoxidised red during the cooling proses.
Dish is in goon condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, there is a 1 cm glaze star line at inner wall did not goes trough to the back (pic no 6).

Description: A wood covered box was made for scholar use. Carved from one solid block of Suanji wood, the scholar box was preserved with original and perfect condition. By a fine size, hefty weight and good patina, the scholar box can still be in practical use and in nice atmosphere. Date Qing Dynasty( late 19th century), Dimension: 12.2cm x 9.5cm x 4.0cm. Material: Suanji wood. THE PATINA IS MUCH DARKER IN REAL THAN IN THE PICTURES.

A fine saucer dish decorated with molded flower scroll to cavetto and covered overall with slight greenish Qingpai glaze. Yuan dynasty 13th-14th century Jindezhen Shufu type. Condition is excellent. Diameter: 12cm.

A pair of Ming Jiajing - Wanli period bowl with under glaze blue and over glaze enamel "Kinrande style", rounded side with flared mouth rim and straight foot, bowl decorated with under glaze blue of bird on the center, crossing motif at inner rim, and over glaze enamel at outer rim.
Bowl is in good condition, no chip, no crack, no restoration, minor enamel loss and fretting at the rim.
