This little black rag doll has on flannel pants and a tan and blue striped pants. The clothes are not original and he may not have had clothes originally. They are cute and fit him well. He is cotton stuffed rather firmly. He has neutral pencil face but I wide line for his mouth that makes him look happy. He is a wonderful simple all American rag doll. He is 14" tall and circa 1900

This little bottle doll has a dear sweet up turned face that radiates sunshine. She is as found with an outfit that looks like she acquired it as life went on, piece by piece; very endearing. She is on her original sand weighted bottle. She is 12" tall and is circa early 1900's.
One of the most gorgeous French cartouche Bebe´s by Gaultier which I could offer at the last years , I think you can see yourself on my pictures what I mean and it´s not easy to describe how beautiful she is !

And yet I don't think she has a clue. She is just quiet and takes it all in. We all could use a friend like that. She has an embroidered face that is nothing short of great. She has hair that looks really real and yet I don't know what it is, maybe mohair? She has on an undershirt, and white dress with a blue calico skirt. She is firmly stuffed with cotton and is jointed at the shoulders and hips. She is in really good condition with just one foot that has a repair and a split at her ankle...

Folky hand made antique paper doll dresses about 6" tall. (They didn't come with a doll.) They are made with fancy paper and glue. I show the backs of the dresses and the fronts. There are four dresses, two jackets, one hat and one apron. They are the last quarter of the 1800's. I there are two dress that have partial tears on a arm. They are from the last quarter of the 1800's. Condition is used and scuffed and played with.

Amish sister doll from Holmes County Ohio that are adorable, early, rag stuffed, identical clothes but one has blue and the other green. They are early for Amish dolls on the market, probably date to the 1890's-1910. They are packed with rags giving them a great hefty feel. Here is a very nice all original wooden doll that is 15" tall. She has a great painted face, jointed arms and legs, original clothes I think but at least they were made for her and they are early. This wonderful topsy turvey is in almost original condition. I don't think she was played with or handled that much but is definitely old and right. Both faces are done by the same hand. The are very nicely done in a very direct manner by an unskilled hand that really was good. The white doll has a bonnet and a blouse and a soft pink cotton skirt. The black doll has on a blouse and a red checked skirt. The two heads are 14" from head to head and the skirts are just a 1/2" longer...

A vintage Raggedy Ann doll, height approximately 21", with everything you want in a Raggedy Ann---the mop of red wool yarn for hair, gingham or calico cloth, etc. I am hardly knowledgeable about dolls or Raggedy Ann's but I would imagine this one dates to before the early 1960's, to as early as the late 1940's. It shows its age with browned cloth, stains on face, and especially on her left sleeve, a small hole in her apron, etc...

This is a very nice black cloth doll from Maine. She has a blank face and doesn't look like she every had features. Her hair is mohair but most of the hair is gone, although some still is remaining in the front. She is a nice brown cotton broadcloth. She is wearing soft blue calico dress with matching calico pink fabric trim. She is cotton stuffed and rather firmly packed. Her arms and legs are jointed so she sits nicely. She is 18" tall and is circa 1910.

This big folk art oil cloth doll has a lot going for her. She has heavy brush stroke painted face done by some no nonsense mother. She gave her a suggestion of curls around her face, no fussy curls here! She colored her lips a dark purple but definitely not bright red. Seeing that she is all oil cloth her body is very firm as well as her legs and arms. She has wear and some cracking to the paint but not through the oil cloth, which often happens...

The nice center seam antique cloth doll has a very nice painted face and raveled yarn hair. She has stitched defined fingers and thumbs. She is made with black sateen and her body is very nicely constructed. She has ears and I like it when dolls have ears. Her ears are not that noticeable because her hair covers them somewhat.
