This classic vintage set of waist coat studs will add polish to any formal wear, featuring lustrous round mother of pearl framed in a platinum wheat border, made by The JE Caldwell & Co. The back of each stud is 14k yellow gold comprising an extendable bar attached that allows the stud to be worn inside the shirt. This stud set weighs 7.7grams. The face measures 5/8 in. diameter. A very fine dress set, comprising a pair of barbell cufflinks and four shirt studs fashioned from large South Sea black pearls set in 18K yellow gold. The pearls in the cufflinks are approximate 12.9mm and those in the studs are approximately 10.6mm. The pearls, with good luster and surface condition, are graded as AA quality. The body color of the cufflink pearls are grayish-silver with rose overtones and the stud pearls are blackish-silver with rose and green overtones...

A rare World War II era 14K yellow gold tie bar in the form of an airplane propeller. This motif would have been considered a patriotic statement in gentleman’s jewelry at the time. The back is marked “14K” and has the hallmark for Richardson Manufacturing Company, a Newark jeweler.

A wonderfully witty 14K gold tie bar in the form of a snow ski by Tiffany & Co. As expected of a mid-century Tiffany design, the workmanship is very finely detailed and executed right down to the details of the bindings. The back is engraved with a period three-letter monogram “WLT” and is also marked “14K Tiffany & Co.”.
