This fabulous bracelet by Schaverien & Eastmead of Birmingham, England, is 7” long and 3/8” wide at the widest points. Each panel features enamel shading from dark green to pale green to magenta and back again. In between each panel is a round blister pearl. A sterling silver hammered bangle bracelet by Guglielmo Cini. Probably from when the company was in Boston. Has an Arts and Crafts feel. Even the edges are hammered for a shimmering effect.

This beautiful unsigned ring has been attributed to Bernard Instone, one of the well-known Arts & Crafts era jewelers, who frequently didn’t sign his pieces. He often used leaves-as-prongs for setting stones, and as was often the way in the A&C movement, he didn’t use costly stones nor gold, so he could keep his prices affordable. This unusual enameled sterling pendant comes out of the Arts & Crafts movement, roughly 1880-1920 (it can be argued that it still continues!) The enamel colors are associated with the women’s suffrage movement in the UK: green (Give), white (Women the), and violet (Vote) – or at least, that’s the story! A vintage sterling silver hand wrought bangle bracelet and brooch by the well regarded silversmith, Herman Glendenning, (1906-1977). Glendenning worked for the prominent silversmith Arthur Stone and attained the Master Craftsman rank of the Society of Arts and Crafts, Boston, in 1927.

A nice quality pin with a graceful design, set with a dyed blue chalcedony. It is American, with a maker’s mark of conjoined JM for Joseph Masaniello, a New York jewelry artisan who worked during the 1940s and 1950s, and was a friend and contemporary of Carl Ruopoli. Stunning cocktail sized antique silver ring with an Austro Hungarian or early Art Deco look, with a very big oval genuine citrine stone. Circa 1900 to 1930. Unmarked but tests positive for sterling silver. The stone is gemologist verified. Ring size 5 1/2 and will fit up to a size 6 finger. The top is 1 1/8 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. A vintage hand made sterling silver brooch with a swan motif by Carl Poul Petersen, the Canadian silversmith who signed his work with the stylized CPP.

He was born in Denmark, married Georg Jensen's daughter and apprenticed with him before moving to Montreal. He eventually opened his own workshop.
