This pretty pin is marked and tested as sterling silver. It features 5 rhinestones, and measures 1-3/4” x 1/2". It weighs 4.4g, and is in excellent condition. An excellent late Victorian silver baton link watch chain, the batons decorated with niello in a striped pattern echoed in the striped niello of the dog clip and large bolt clasp. Here is a continuous sterling silver cable chain of nice heft, with a working swivel clasp marked sterling. The chain itself tests for sterling as well, and is sturdily made.
