This rare set of five hand wrought 1930's sterling silver heart shaped buttons were designed & signed by Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling in the 1930's. Each button measures 3/4" X 3/4". This Los Castillo is an early design 592 and crafted when Margot Van Voorhies was married to Antonio Castillo. This is not for the faint of heart with a .5in. depth, 21 inches long and 1.25in. tall. Showing further quality is the weight of 183 grams. It displays a naturally darkened patina. I have showed a picture of the well working clasp as it is old in style and almost invisible. Love this on, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
