Circa 1940's, here is a huge conical amethyst ring from Hubert Harmon. An absolutely spectacular ring, one which instantly commands attention. It's a published book-piece, shown on page 190 of "Silver Masters of Mexico". The amethyst rises to almost 7/8" above the finger, and is surrounded by silver beading. The ring is adjustable, currently at a size 8. Weight is 23.2 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Hubert Harmon Sterling Mexico". Collector quality.

A vintage sterling silver and enamel brooch by Margot de Taxco, (Margot Van Voorhies Carr). Blue confetti enamel in her classic swirl design #5384.

The brooch measures 1 1/2" high and almost 1 1/2" at the widest. Marked Made in Mexico Sterling, Margot de Taxco and 5384. Also marked with Eagle #16.

The clasp holds securely. In very fine condition with only minor tarnish. The enameling is vibrant.

This exceptional bracelet by Antonio Pineda has a unique design and was created during a brief period when he was in a collaboration with the taller Los Castillo to jointly produce jewelry (1962-1963). It is beautifully constructed with sculpted round links set with deep blue stones at the circles edge. It measures 6 7/8" long by 7/8" wide and weighs 44.5 grams.
