An early Victorian oval-shaped English "Sincerity" locket made by the Robinson & Co LTD in 1831, featuring a spectacular stylized and geometric engraved fern pattern symbolizing sincerity, with original twig-shape bale and original frame, hinged to display a photo. The exterior back with no engraving and hallmarked R & Co, Birmingham, England, Old English Letter H. Wt: 13.6g; Size: 1 7/8" long x 1 1/2" wide; Condition is excellent. Charming antique Swiss Ladies silver pendant watch, fine .800 silver hunting case by F. Bourquin circa 1890. Engraved case with village scene, made for the export market, pin set; cylinder escarpment. White enamel dial with black markings and fancy gold hands, approximately 15 jewels. Marked F. A lovely embossed silverplate Pill Box marked Made in Italy, comprised of a figural courting scene on the front and beautiful detailed fruit and floral repousse on all sides. The inside has a gold wash. Measurements: 1" by 1 1/4", 5/16" high. Weight: 10.3 grams. Excellent condition.

A delightful pair of cufflinks worked in 14K yellow, rose and green gold. Each cufflink depicts a woodland scene with an owl in a tree, a rabbit standing on his hind legs, various flowers and plants, and a moonlight starry sky. The combination of an owl along with a rabbit represents the concept of "night" and "day." These cufflinks were originally cuff buttons and were converted to cufflinks using the original parts. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

These fine, vintage / antique cufflinks are "chain links." They consist of inlaid jasper, bloodstone and agate in sterling silver. They are hallmarked J.C & S (for Joseph Cook & Sons). They also have the Anchor hallmark for Birmingham, England, the Lion Passant for 925 sterling silver and the date letter E for 1929. They are in excellent condition.

A superb 19th century French figural fob seal worked in silver and 18K gold. The gorgeously detailed wolf's head is worked in silver with gold accents such as the collar and the long tongue that hangs from one side of the very toothy jaws. The eyes are set with small rubies. The carnelian seal has never been engraved. Tested and guaranteed silver and 18K.

A cute, diminutive Victorian fob seal in the form of a silver toga-clad monkey sitting atop a gold base. His eyes are set with tiny cabochon garnets. The base is formed from a faceted carnelian and has never been engraved. Tested and guaranteed silver and 18K.

A wonderful figural fob seal depicting England’s patron St. George defeating the dragon. The design is worked primarily in silver, but the horse’s bridle, the dragon’s dorsal ridge and the saint’s spear and shield are worked in yellow gold. The gold base encloses a flat malachite that was never engraved. Tested and guaranteed sterling silver and 18K gold.

A delightful and very rare Victorian pin depicting a woman's "safety bicycle". With a chain drive connected to the back wheels and structural supports that left room for petticoats, these bicycles gave women unexpected freedom. Susan B. Anthony claimed that bicycling "had done more to emancipate women than anything else in the world." This pin is worked in silver gilt and set with rose cut Bohemian garnets. The detailing is very nice...

Straddling the divide between Aesthetic and Arts and Crafts design, this hinged sterling silver buckle bracelet was, I believe, made in the USA based on its hallmarking. The entire surface of the front "wing" is etched with ivy leaves, a motif beloved by the Victorians it seems, while the back is left blank, as is usually the case with bracelets of this type...

An antique silver - most probably sterling - watch fob with original chain and dog clip, this sweet little find is, I believe, from the late Victorian / Edwardian period. There is nothing mundane about it either - I find the basketweave ribbon that runs the fob's perimeter at the waist eye-catching as well as the wire-work above it. Both elements enhance the orb's sculpturality which is, of course, underscored by oxidation and patina...

An excellent late Victorian silver baton link watch chain, the batons decorated with niello in a checkboard pattern. The batons are joined by gilt silver curb links. Even the dog clip and bolt clasps are enhanced with striped niello. The chain is stamped “800.”
