Biographical information seems to be lacking on this obviously talented artist. The work measures 18" by 24" (26 1/2" by 32" nicely framed). Found in Phoenix, Arizona, this is a striking and unusual modern work by a talented but so far unidentified hand, 20" by 24" plus narrow simple wood frame, signed at lower right and dated there 1981.
