A well-drawn watercolor titled in the lower right, “At the Shoguns Tomb Shiba” (Shiba park is in Tokyo). Signed in the same place Jeanie Lea Southwick. I do not see a listing for the name, but, there is a listing for a Los Angeles area artist by the name of Vsevolod Ulianoff (1880-1940), who painted murals like that in the lobby of Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood. I imagine there is a possibility this could be by his wife...
