I believe the title of this work is indeed "Notre Dame at Twilight", or, just "Notre Dame de Paris"; it dates to the year 1925...

The scene depicts some oyster dredgers on Buzzon (or Besom) Creek, near Briscoe's home in Colchester. The oyster industry there is now endangered, but Briscoe has captured it well. Haden was the "Father Figure of the British etching Revival". This image measures 11 1/8X14 1/4 inches. This mezzotint was created after the painting by G.P. Jacomb Hood. This mezzotint is in perfect condition, nicely framed with archival materials.
