The title is "Cliff Swallow" and this is Plate number 47 in a long series of bird prints in the small octavo size...

The Artist is the Victorian Jane Webb Loudon (1807-1858), and the Print is from the book “The Ladies Flower Garden of Ornamental Bulbous Plants” (plate 9), published in 1841 by Day and Haghe London, Lithographer to Queen Victoria.
