This is a small etching (6 1/2" by 4 1/2", 12 1/4" by 10 1/4" in metal frame with black mat) by the noted California artist HARRIET GENE ROUDEBUSH (1908-1998), titled at lower left "Flower Stand" and pencil signed at lower right by the artist. Roudebush was born in Portland, Oregon and moved to Sacramento as a youth. Art education in the Bay Area followed, in the late 1920's, and by 1932 she was producing etchings, generally of familiar Bay Area scenes. She worked until at least the 1970's...

Original stone lithograph, not an offset print, 23 3/4" by 26 3/4" inside the mat (not examined out of frame), signed in the plate by the artist Jan TOOROP and dated in the plate 1915. Executed primarily in black, note the color----pale orange in the cap and shirt, blue in the trousers. Toorop is a major Dutch artist, one of whose works (painting) just exceeded $700,000 at auction. His prints and posters are much more affordable. I don't see that this one is pencil signed...

From having checked the 1981 catalog raisonne by Daniel Marchesseau, I have determined that the most official title of this work is "Fillette aux Yeux Vertes" ("Young Girl with Green Eyes", although a number of other titles are in common usage for this unusually popular print)...
