This very substantial money clip is also quite secure. It is decorated with molded ridged lines in an openwork art deco-revival design. The middle ridged design is gilded. The undecorated back bears the Polish marks for sterling silver, post-1985, as well as other marks as yet unidentified. The mark indicates regional assay office of Poznan. The clip measures 2 1/8 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. Weight: 18 grams

Formed as logs entwined with vines and flowers, these cuff links have a Victorian sensibility, but bear the Krakow assay mark for .800 silver, dated 1986-present. There is an unidentified maker’s mark of ZL. The logs are hollow. The marks have been struck on the smaller anchor bars. The longer sides measure about 1 ¼ inches long and about ¼ inch in diameter. Weight: 6.2 grams total

Composed of a hollow-cast rectangular top with a textured band, this ring is designed to sit horizontally, extending over an adjacent finger. It works best when worn on the fourth, or traditional, ring finger, so that it extends over the pinkie. It is lightweight and quite comfortable as a result. The underside of the top bears the Israel and sterling marks, as well as a maker’s mark of Rozin. The ring is a size 8; the top measures 1 3/16 inches long by 5/8 inch wide by about 3/16 inch deep.

These sterling silver earrings have a bold modernist design and bear the mark of Niels Erik From, Denmark. The wing-like shape gracefully curves outward at the open center. Patina is warm, with only slight signs of wear; the earrings have had a light cloth polishing since the photos. They measure 2 inches long from the top bead, and 1 1/2 inches at the widest area. As with all of Dorothy Bauer's rhinestone jewelry, the stones are Austrian crystal and are prong set. The frame is constructed and soldered by hand. California designer Bauer creates some pieces in LIMITED EDITIONS. This Christmas tree is one of them and this particular tree is 26/120 as is shown on the back of the pin. The Bauer cartouche is also displayed on the back. A white leather-like storage pouch and a collectors' record and description are included. The pin is 2 1/2" tall, 1 1/2" wide.

Features a piece of amber carved and polished in the shape of a blossom, surmounting a sterling silver stem with vines and leaves. A small bud is represented by an amber bead. The pin stem is marked 925, indicating a possible European origin or maker, as European makers usually marked the pin stems. The rollover clasp is in good working order. The pin measures 2 ¾ inches long by 5/8 inch wide at the blossom.

This contemporary brooch by French designer Pavone is made of galalith (a plastic derived from skim milk!). The little cat just oozes sassy personality and begs to be taken home by a cat lover. He is three levels thick--head and paws front level, body second level, and tail the third level. Great design. 3 1/2" tall, 1 3/4" wide. Pavone signature on the back of the brooch.

This ring has a commanding look and is cast with an organic, seaweed-like embossed top design enhanced with oxidation. The ring has a warm patina with light tarnish and is marked 925 for silver content on the outside of the band. It is a size 9 ½. Weight: 14.4 grams
