Maya's purses are most unique, and this one is especially so. The elegantly hand carved peacock has "feathers" that wrap completely around the purse. Carved flowering branches have been added to give an oriental look. As with all Maya purses, her cartouche is evident on the back of the purse.6 1/2" wide, 5" high, 2 1/2" front to back.
