A Chinese Famille Rose Vase Early 20th Century. Height approximately 62 cm. Decorated and enameled with ladies in the garden. There are firing cracks inside the body and few dots at the body. Gold colour been lost at the rim. The foot is a little bit uneven and unglazed base. Good condition. This is very hard stone white jade carving of boy and fish as well as a bat, it is heavy and quite big piece and nice in carving based on the natural stone shape, with some soil on it as it was found.....

This is a real jade (hard stone) carving of Cicadas pendant, it is a symbol of purity in chinese culture over thousands of years, it is very nice and simple works of art. An interesting square porcelain brush pot with a long inscription of the Chu Shi Biao composed by the 3rd century strategist, Zhuge Liang. The inscription makes the argument that the state of Shu Han must fight against Cao Wei. The calligrapher at the end signs and dates the piece: The 23rd Year of Kangxi, (inscribed by) Wen Fang. Beautiful Chinese brush washer carved in the form of two peaches , carved from a piece of lovely pale agate with yellow striations, intricate details of curling leaves and tiny bats inside the large peach and on the outside of the small peach, the bottom is carved with more little bats, the brush washer sits on a wooden stand carved in the shape of entwined lotus leaves. Mid 20th century. Size of agate: 5 1/4" wide

Rare semi antique supplementary warp silk embroidery on handspun indigo cotton, blanket from the diverse Tai ethnic group Vietnam/Laos. I collected this in Chiang Mai around 12 years ago and would date it around 40 to 80 years old. Nowadays you just can’t find this sort of textile anymore. Some embroidery losses and a hole along the edge (noted in enlargements) but overall in very good condition. Dimensions: 84cm/33in x 145cm/57in.
