Fukagawa Japanese porcelain small square plate with enamel decoration of blooming medow grasses and flowers. Beautiful piece in Japanese taste, excellent quality painting, skilled use of gold and multicolored enamels, in perfect condition. Fabulous Japanese black satin silk haori with a woven lining featuring 3 large rabbits. The outside has 2 family crests on the front and 3 across the back. Please note that the grey spotted rabbit has red pupils. This is a high quality men's haori and is in excellent condition. The jacket measures 54 inches across the shoulders by 44” long. Large vintage “bush knife” from Lanna Thailand, this is an all purpose tool with a thick spine and very sharp edge- quite heavy as well. The blade is fixed with a steel collar and woven rattan and comes with a bamboo basket type sheath. Total L: 54cm/22.2in (blade L: 29cm/11.5in and handle L: 25cm/10.5in). This is an artisanal village made piece and not mass produced.
