Cylindrical pot in Chinese porcelain copying an 18th century model. Decor finely executed in enamels of the rose family, painted by hand, representing scholars under a pine tree at the edge of a lake.The reverse with poem.
20th century copy, probably from the 1960s. An original must exist in a Chinese museum. This type of high quality porcelain had to be ordered to be offered as a present? or others. In any case, porcelains of this quality from this late period are not numerous.

This really pretty Onyx Black with Crystal stem Number 6108 Precedence 5 3/4 inch high Sherbet was made by Fostoria Glass from 1967 to 1974. It is signed Fostoria on the bottom of the foot. This Sherbet measure 3 1/2 inches in diameter across the top. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. We guarantee items to be as described. THANK YOU.

These 8 champagne glasses or sherbets were produced in Sweden by Orrefors. We believe they were made in the 1960s. The style is very “Modern.” The opening measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and they are 4 3/4 inches high. They are all signed with a stylus on the foot. The glass is extremely thin at the rim then increases thickness to accommodate the cut pattern. They are colored with a pale amethyst tint. They are hand cut in a geometric pattern rather like a honey comb...

Fenton Thumbprint Colonial Green Basket, 8" was produced in the 1960's. No logo on this one, it was made too early for that. Fenton started putting its logo on items in late 1969. Then gradually imprinted its logo on everything in 1972. (just in case you wanted to know). It is in mint condition.

Measuring 25.2 x 30 cm, this embroidered cloth from Jaghori in Ghazni province was made by Hazara women. It depicts in vibrant colors four eight-pointed stars and triangular hooked motifs down the center. The stitching is a combination of satin, herringbone and cross stitch, in silk thread. Embroidery is an important winter activity for the women of central Afghanistan, a mountainous region where villages can be isolated by snow for months...

This bare foot fisherman is 8” high (9“ high with base), 2 ¼” wide and 1 1/8” in depth. It is a middle 20th century product. The long bearded fisherman wears an old style coat and pants. His right hand is holding a fish on a string; his left hand is holding a long fishing pole. It is in excellent condition.
