The finest servant dolls, Shitei (Shittei,Shicho,Shiccho) from Kyoto, Japan. They are the court servants from Heian Imperial Court and part of Hina dolls displayed for the Girls Day (Hina Matsuri Festival) in Japan. Some damages in the toes of one doll and clothing. The tallest doll is 8 inches tall.

An elegant ceramic obidome (obi clasp) with silver mount (guaranteed) formed as a leaf, glazed in mottled tones of red and blue, with a hand woven silk cord dyed in the same colors; all contained in original box from Matsumasa, Kyoto. Taisho/early Showa period.

The actual colors are gentle; red in blue/purple tint with a soft blue color. What did not show in the photos are the exact matching colors of the ceramic leaf and silk cord...

This is a really pretty depression glass pink Colonial, aka Knife and Fork, 4 inch high 5 ounce Footed Tumbler made by Hocking Glass from 1934 to 1938. Chinese carved greenish jade miniature ruyi scepter; with blossoming tree design in relief, a bat and tree on the head, probably from early to mid 20th century. Size; length of scepter is 8 inches with no condition concerns.

Chinese natural Hetian jade belt buckle, depicting a beast head. Dimension; 58 x 63 x 14 (mm) or 2.28 x 2.48 x 0.55 inches with total weight of 0.17 lbs/78 grams, no condition issues. Introduction; Chinese Hetian Nephrite Jade Hetian jade, a nephrite jade, is regarded as the only true jade in ancient China until Burmese jadeite becomes popular in late Qing Dynasty. Chinese jade pendant, depicting a foo lion, early to mid 20th century period, 1 1/4"W x 2"H, in good condition.

This is a large Japanese samurai doll, "Kato Kiyomasa” (a warrior from the 16th century warring period) mounted on a horse. The quality is excellent. The dimensions of the box (assembled with wooden pegs): 19 1/4" x 21" x 9 1/4" deep. The condition: There are a couple of very faint hairlines (almost non-visible) between the eyebrows. The surface of this area is smooth in touch...

This pretty pink Doric depression glass 8 Inch round Berry or Serving Bowl was made by Jeannette Glass from 1935 to 1938. The Berry Bowl is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. This striking, decorated, ceramic apothecary jar dates from the 1930s and is marked "GERMANY" on its base. Measuring 9 inches tall, this jar features lovely,14K gold-painted swags.

The jar cover has a repaired crack at the base of the knob as seen in the photo, but the jar otherwise is quite fine lending flair and elegance to your apothecary collection.

Chinese jade carving depicting a bird, early to mid 20th century period, 3 1/2"L x 2 1/4"H, in good condition.

This set of four water tumblers are irridized (carnival colors) on blown paneled crystal clear glass. These are quite delicate and would make any table setting just shine. The colors shimmer in bright light and darken againsta black background. Each staands 3 7/8" tall and are in excellent, undamaged condition. This type of tissue holder is called Hakoseko. They are still being used for very special ceremonial occasions. The older one in this quality is now a collecter's item.
