Being offered is an extra large and superb handwrought circa 1964 mixed metals - silver and copper centerpiece by Los Castillo of Taxco, Mexico.
The very large figural swan centerpiece features a heavy gauge handwrought silver body with incised and oxidized detail on the wings; copper beak and applied lapis lazuli eyes.
Dimensions are 14 inches high by 18 1/2 inches long by 11 inches wide. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in the photo. In excellent condition. Satisfaction guaranteed.
This porcelain demitasse set was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1930. The marking was used for this year. The set consists of a pot measuring 8 inches high with the lid, a sugar bowl with lid that is 6 inches across the handle and 3 1/2 inches high, a cream pitcher that measures 3 3/4 inches high and 6 cups that are 1 1/2 inches high and 6 saucers with a diameter of 4 1/8 inches. Old oxcart for Hina Matsuri, the Japanese girl's festival. Decorated in makie on lacquered wood, this style of the carriage was used by the aristocrats during the Heian period (I794-1185). Chinese antique Qingbai carved bowl. The deep rounded sides sketchily carved on the exterior with flower sprays, covered inside and out with a pale blue glaze that continues over the narrow ring foot to cover the base and stops below the unglazed rim which retains remnants of the original tin mount.

Measuring 32.5 x 208 cm on black cotton, this woman's scarf from Hazara district in Pakistan is embroidered in satin stitch in floss silk thread. The curvilinear motifs are outlined with stitches of golden floss thread. The motifs are arranged into geometric compositions indicative of Central Asian influence. Condition is excellent and its estimated age is late 20th century.

This is a lovely rosewood music box with a cylinder that plays six tunes. The cylinder can be replaced and others added, but we only have this one for the box. There is no list of the songs it plays, but it has one of the loveliest sounds of any music box we've had. It measures 27 1/2" long x 11 3/4" wide x 8" tall.

Tall vessel of square shape, cut out of a section of a Paulownia (kiri) tree showing knots on three sides, where side branches used to be. The wood is stained dark brown. One side of the vessel is decorated with inlays/appliques and lacquer paint. The appliques colored with gold sprinkle, silver flakes and green lacquer.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in France by Tharaud Limoges in the 1920s. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2
Inches and the cup is 2 ¼ inches high. The cup has melon ribs and the saucer is scalloped on the rim. The ground color is deep forest green. It is decorated with white raised enamel flowers and gilded leaves. The design is simple and elegant.

This cool, retro Modern pair of German teak, silverplate and bent iron candlesticks consists of a three-light and a two-light unit; each has a teak base, a silverplated mounting plate and candle cups and bobeches. The candleholders are mounted on a silverplate-trimmed painted black iron support. They are stickered "Echt Teakholz" and "Made in Germany", they measure 7/8" long and the triple light stands 5-1/8" high...

A very large and heavy sterling silver double jigger with a turned ebony handle by Quaker Silver Co. The cups are decorated with an ornate acanthus leaf and bead design reminiscent of Jensen and other Nordic designers of the early 20th century. The jigger is stamped with Quaker's hallmark.

Balinese Mask of an old man or Topèng Tua, used in the art form of the Topeng dance drama, which came about in the 15th century in Bali and Java. The Balinese version of Topeng would include many different character masks, some speaking and some non-speaking. This Topèng Tua mask has been hand carved from wood with lacquered paint features and has real hair mounted on strips of leather. circa 1920s

A lovely Japanese fruitwood tray produced in the late Taisho period. The scene was hand carved with a thin gold gilt applied in the carved areas. The tray was made from one piece of wood and has a beautiful warm patina. In excellent condition, it measures 10" diameter and the rim is 1.5" high.

Green Glazed Majolica Faience Plate, 9" diameter, 1 1/8" high, impressed mark "39" on the bottom, one(1) small chip chip with glaze hairline on the bottom rim area.
Small box and cover. The base of the box made of kiri wood (Paulownia), the cover made of kiri and keyaki (Zelkova) wood, diagonally joined together. The outside of the cover is decorated with two black shijimi fresh-water clam shells in kiji makie technique (applying makie lacquer decoration to natural wood).
Inside of the cover signed with red lacquer seal: Tairei; bottom of box stamped seal of the wood worker who made the box: ‘To’ inside a double gourd.

Iroquois "false face" mask made of a very dense, heavy wood, with tin metal for the eyes, and horse hair additions, attached via strips of old cotton textile, the measurements of the piece 11" by 7" by 4", with weight a little over 1 1/2 pounds. Some of the very old examples are in museums and fine pieces sell at auctions of Native American art and artifacts. The age of this piece is somewhat difficult to determine, but it is not new. It may date early to mid 20th century.
