Art Deco 950 silver ice bucket. Made by Tetard Freres in Paris, ca 1930. Trapezoidal with applied rim and two rectangular supports mounted to stained-wood. Sides gently convex with fashionable skyscraper motif. Fully marked with Minerva head and maker’s mark. Very good condition.

Japanese Hima Doll Miniature Kimono Trunk, 1930-1940, 3" high, 6" wide, 3" deep, white impressed embossed metal mounted, Lacquer Gold floral and vine scroll design, handle in front is missing.
Large mask, large triangular nose in a lighter shade with some whitish traces, beautiful and old black patina on the entire mask. the mouth shows large sculpted teeth which reveal the tongue. Probably Eastern Nepal. Very hard wood H 41.5 cm

This jade (nephrite) carving is a mid-20th century product. It is 3” high, 2 ¼” wide (measured from the widest part) and 1” thick. It depicts a playful monkey climbing on top of two pomegranates; a small RuYi (如意) scepter with LingZhi (靈芝) ends rests on the back of the carving. It is in great condition.

Early Showa (1930s) Japanese obidome (sash ornament) of round shape with engraved flowers. Obidome is worn on an obi cord that holds the obi sash together, is the only type of jewelry worn by Japanese women on formal occasions, and could serve as netsuke as well. Very nice work, beautiful patina. Metal fitting on the back with two loops for an obi cord. Diameter 1 1/8 inches.
