A mid-century modern Italian art glass 9 x 7" bowl made by Fratelli Toso of Murano, Italy in the 1950s. This bowl has a light orange colour at the bottom with a clear glass upper region with controlled bubbles - also known as bullicante. The cranberry color has always seemed to catch everyone's eye, even when people do not know what Fenton is.

Cranberry opalescent is made by gathering French opalescent over a small amount of Gold Ruby on the end of a hollw blow pide, and then blowing it into a mold. All pieces of cranberry opalescent are mold blown.

This is a really great pair of, vintage, Ruby Red Flashed crystal, Iris and Herringbone depression glass Double Branch Candlesticks Candle Holders were made by Jeannette Glass into 1959. Each Candlestick measures 6 inches wide across the top X 5 inches high. The base measures 4 3/8 inches in diameter. Both Candlesticks are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The Ruby Red flashing is very good with just a couple very smell spots on the base of each candle holder...

Two sets of English Art Deco sterling silver cocktail picks, the finials in the form of brightly enameled roosters. Each pick has unusual double tines that firmly hold olives, cherries, etc., and a hook on the back side that can rest on the edge of tall glass to keep them from sinking to the bottom. Each is hallmarked the silversmith Adolph Scott ("Amnora") and with the datemark for Birmingham, 1929...

Rare Nuo mask of Xiao Gui, the "Little Ghost" with his pointed cap. Half mask designed to facilitate talking and singing. During the Nuo ritual, the whole village wants to capture him because of his malevolent power.

Charming Art Deco child's porcelain cup and saucer decorated with transfer scenes depicting "Little Boy Blue". The outside of the cup is decorated on both sides and there is a small scene on the interior, as well. The saucer has three matching small pastoral scenes. The rims and handle are decorated with gilding.

Origin: probably England, ca. 1930. Condition: excellent, normal glaze crackling, no chips or cracks. Size: cup, 2-1/2" tall; saucer, 5-1/2" diameter.

Japanese hanging scroll depicting 3 Chinese scholars having wine and probably a good conversation at the table by the rock, with an attendant taking care of wine heating and pouring. There are fruit, books and some other items on a smaller picnic table. Ink and colors on paper, excellent quality painting in Japanese scholar’s style, great brushwork.
