Japanese 20th - 21st century floral design plate. The floral design starts at the bottom front of the plate and continues over the lip and up the inside of the plate, separated by black slip. Signed by artist on bottom. The plate comes with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. The plate measures 10 3/4" in diameter and 3 3/16" tall.

A fine larger carving in emerald of an Owl Fetish, Native American, probably Zuni, Navaho tribe and 20th. century.

The carving is cut and polished in one emerald stone and depicts an Owl. The stone is transperant light blue-green and very beautiful.

Zuni fetishes are small carvings made from primarily stone but also shell, fossils, and other materials by the Zuni people...

Fenton Colonial Amber Thumbprint 10 oz. goblet was produced from 1969-74. It measures 6.5" tall and is 3.5" across the top. In mint condition. Three are available.

Wonderful size and design, this mid century modernist tile is by Sylvia Leuchovius (Sweden 1915-2003) for Rorstrand Ceramic company, where she created numerous whimsical and creative objects from functional and industrial to art objects. Measures 11 3/8" square and 1/2" deep. Sylvia designed for the Atelje line at Rorstrand, during the production of fine Swedish design for the modern taste, and most objects were made in limited numbers. This really nice large frosted Bell with Clapper and Wooden Handle was made by Westmoreland Glass. This Bell measures 8 1/2 inches high to the top of the handle X 4 3/8 inches in diameter at the bottom of the bell. This Bell has a bird decal on it. An elegant celadon receptacle with custom made black lacquered lid by important female potter Suwa Sozan II titled Seiji Mizusashi and enclosed in a wooden box annotated by the third generation head of the family. The Taru shape (a traditional bound shallow wood bucket) is surmounted at the rim with lily pads upon which rests a tiny frog. In the center of the base is her circular stamp. It is 24 cm (9-1/2 inches) diameter, 12 cm (5 inches) tall and in excellent condition...

Exceptional early Showa Period c.1937 art deco bronze flower vase in the original signed paulownia box. The kanji on the box reads: Chudo Ume Moyo "bronze vase with plum petal motif. Also Kabin or "flower vase". On the inside is the signature of Tatsugo and his seal. The bronze has plum petals in raised relief and inside small crosses. The vase itself is divided in sections by incissed lines. Ask for shipping quote. H:20cm ; diameter is 22cm.
