A Labijar kilim from Afghanistan, made of sheep's wool and from the late 20th century. It measures 72 x 108 cm. This little rug shows the medallion design and double interlock designs typical of the kilims from this area, inhabited by Uzbeks, Ersari Turkomen, and other tribal groups.

A woodblock print by the artist Karhu. The print is labeled "Negligance". The full narrative is "Fight the Enemy, Negligance". Clifton Karhu became one of the most successful contemporary Western artists working in Japanese woodblock style. Karhu lived permanently in Kyoto, Japan, where he was the head of the Kyoto branch of the renowned Japan Print Society. The print is signed and numbered 23/100.

Vintage wooden Japanese sumitsubo - a carpenter line, in a form of a base with a spike, and rotating spoked wheel with a thread on it. Unusual version of the tool - it lacks a vessel part for ink soaked cotton, but has a spike. I am not entirely sure how it functions, but it is probably fixed to a wooden beam by pushing in the spike, and the thread is pulled to the desired point to make a straight line...
This really pretty red carnival Elf Mug or Stein was made by Westmoreland Glass. The Stein measures 4 3/4 Inches high. It is signed Westmoreland in a circle on the bottom. Fenton Bicentennial Eagle Paperweight, Chocolate. Fenton made this in Patriot Red, Liberty Blue and White. They never explained the reason for the color Chocolate -- but we understand the red/white/blue ones.
