These geta (shoes) were worn by a girl or young Japanese woman. Build up from several layers of materials, the felted soles have slits to allow access for the changing of thongs should they become soiled or worn. Small pieces of leather nailed are the heels. The upper fabric liner is made from two pieces of contrasting fabric sewn together and show a small amount of dirt and an almost imperceivable foot imprint about the toe area...
This is a pretty robins egg blue and gold enameled brass compact-shaped hinged double picture frame. The cover depicting a gold butterfly over a leafy branch. When open it holds two vintage pictures Measurements: 3" square closed. Excellent condition; may need cleaning.
1950's Chinese Silver Filigree Jadeite Carved Plaque Bracelet Marked "Silver"
It is 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) in inner circumference by 2.2 inches (5.5 cm) in inner diameter. The jadeite is about 0.78 inch (2 cm) wide. It is 58.5 gram.
It is tarnished and has inclusions at the jadeite (as seen in the photos).

Not your typical cloisonne, this beauty is simply one of the best quality that I have personally seen in many years, notice the graceful cranes and profuse floral that create perfect balance and harmony, the colors are intense and dazzle the eyes. This vase dates to the pre 1950 era and is free from any damages, this is the last of the truly artistic and well made cloisonne vases done in the old world manner. Vintage Korean front opening bandaji (storage chest) decorated with white brass hardware incised with fish and yin/yang designs. The front drops open to reveal three interior drawers and a removable shelf above a large hidden lower compartment. Complete with the original functioning key and lock, which is finely incised with a calligraphy motif. Side carrying handles. Appears to dates from the first half of the 20th century. 31 ½”H x 38 ¼”W x 17”D. Very good overall condition...
French Majolica plate by Cerenne, Vallauris, 1950's. Relief moulded and brightly painted decoration of sea food, the animals forming reserves for six oysters. Charles René Roger Neveux ("Cerenne" = CRN) was the leader of one of the most popular ceramic studios in Vallauris. Diameter "10/ 25,5 cm. Condition: a few minimal chips and a small restoration to the rim as seen on photo.
Fukagawa Japanese porcelain vase of square section with indented corners, and underglaze blue and enamel decoration of a flowering prunus tree with chrysanthemum flowers at its roots. Excellent quality painting, skilled use of gold, green, tomato red, yellow and white enamels. Marked in blue enamel on the bottom with a mountain and inscribed FUKAGAWA TSUKURU (made in Fukagawa). This 1980 Japanese carved wood and walrus fisherman is 5 ¾” high, 2” wide and 2 ¼” thick. It depicts a smiling fisherman; one handing is holding a fish, another hand is holding a net. He carries a basket full of fish on his back. The fisherman’s body was carved from walrus; his robe and pants were carved from hard wood. The carver’s signature was placed on a piece of a red rectangular carnelian inlayed into the round wood base...

Japanese Hakata ningyo, unglazed clay doll of a young samurai (wakashu) with a dancing fan. This doll may have been modeled after a character in Kabuki (played by all males) or Takarazuka (played by all females). There were many play houses in Hakata during the late Meiji, Taisho and early Showa period. The Takarazuka theater (Fukuoka Takarazuka?) was also there...
