The El Mexicano pattern was designed to look like old, crudely made Mexican Glass. Made by Morgantown Glass in the early 1930's, the molds were later reworked for their crinkle line. This 7 1/2 inch salad plate is circa 1932 and the color is called 'Ice'. Perfect condition, I have 4 available. Price is per plate. A French Art Deco cocktail pick set in the form of a large chrome snail on a mahogany base. The design is by the famed French Art Deco children’s books illustrator Benjamin Rabier, who had a side job designing entertaining barware. The twelve picks have red bakelite finials that resemble cherries. Cocktail pick holders (“porte-piques”) were once a fixture of every Parisian bar and café...

We think that Jefferson Glass made these pancake french opalescent coin dot lamps in the 1930's. Previously thought they were made by Fenton, but Fenton's chimney is shaped like a pulled tulip -- not the bulbous shape seen here. This one has a rim-chip on the bottom of its chimney, hidden when sitting on its socket. It is 11" tall and about 8" wide at the base. Original wiring (2-prong plug).

Early Showa period (1930s) Japanese kogo (box for incense during tea ceremony) of turned wood, top and bottom are lacquered with concentric circles of different colors. Elegant object in Japanese taste with overwhelming simplicity, two parts fit perfectly, beautiful surfaces, in excellent condition. Diameter 1.9 inches.

This is a really nice French Ivory Laurel 9 inch Dinner Plate made by McKee Glass in the 1930s. This plate is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. This lovely New Martinsville Radiant plate shows the radiating cut tear drops that form the collar foot under this plate. The Prelude etch is bright and bold surrounding the rim of this serving tray. Incredible graphics say it all for this highly unique, female medicine bottle, BonKora, dating from the 1930s - 1940s era.

The bottle measures nearly 7.5 inches high and is complete with original contents. The condition of the bottle is very nice with only minor staining to the label next to the letters in the word, BONKORA...

Unlike many of the pieces in the genre of Kyo-ware, this tea bowl is decidedly demure in appearance. Milky, flowing glaze pools in places along a backdrop of ivory and coral pink sides, contrasting nicely with the rough, unrefined clay of the base. In the center of the kodai is a decorative swirl pattern reminiscent of the yin and yang.
