Although this pattern was officially named 'Sylvan' by Federal Glass Company, it has always been referred to by the collector's name, Parrot. Beautiful hand painted Fukagawa Vase from Arita, Japan. It has a landscape of rural scenary of Japan on a matte finish. Fukagawa company is well known for translucent
white
porcelain. The under glazed blue signature at the bottom reads "made by Fukagawa" and there is an artist's signature on the lower half of the vase. Mint condition, circa mid 1900, 9 1/4" in diameter and 6 3/4" tall.

Scrambled glass paperweight, millefiori, broken canes, chunks and blurred murrines cased in a light raspberry or amethyst glass (hard to tell but definitely not colorless glass) Measures 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) wide by 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm) tall. Has KB Import label and Blue on silver foil AF MURANO Cockerel label. Condition is excellent with no bruises, cracks or chips. Circa 1950 - 1960.
Fratelli Toso Millefiori Paperweight, 6 Green canne centered ruffled Latimo and raspberry florets surrounding a central ruffled floret of the same design on a gold foil or aventurine ground. Measures 3 inches (7.6 cm) wide by 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) tall. Remnants of blue and silver foil Toso label. Condition is excellent with no scratches or bruises. Circa 1950 - 1960.
Fabulous sassy pouch and totally intact, a major feat for a little purse that ancient! Large blue faceted beads, two levels of tiny silver bead fringe and an eight strand long tassel. Great lining and metal drawstring. Some lucky person danced the Charleston with this little purse swinging from her wrist. Diameter of purse fully opened 4 1/2", length of purse 5", length of tassel 2 1/2", wristband tightens automatically by metal drawstring to fit any size wrist.
This purse was purchased from a very fine estate sale, and the quality of this Judith Jack purse reflects the sale from which it came. The marquisite (pyrite) is "grade A" mined in South America. The stones are hand set in sterling silver. The design and craftsmanship are superb. The lining repeatedly presents Judith Jack's name. The metal cartouche says "Judith Jack, made in Italy." Purse is 5 1/2" by 4 5/8". 1 1/2" front to back. Beaded chain is 11 1/2" end to end.
This American Sweetheart "Monax" luncheon plate is actually 8 7/8". There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this item. This item was made by the MacBeth-Evans Glass company 1930-1936.
Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the custard cup in amethyst. (Hazel Atlas called this color 'burgundy' when it was originally made, but it's a rich amethyst color.) Very good condition, there is slight inner rim roughness along the mold line - typical for this piece as they were stacked and the inner lip is sharp. I have 2 available, price is per custard. This vintage female Seminole Indian doll is made of palm fronds. She wears traditional costume with patchwork skirt, and a yellow bead necklace. Except for her top which is a bit dirty, she is in excellant condition. She is 9 inches tall. Thls doll is one of several Seminole Indian dolls which were brought back from Florida by a loving uncle and given to me as a very young child in the early 1940's
This Czechoslovakia perfume bottle is 6.25" tall. The dauber is missing. The bottle has a few minor flakes. Overall in great condition. The base is 2 3/8" by 1.25".
Italian tile in the style of Aldo Londi for Bitossi. Relief-moulded and stamped decoration of a horse, the glaze partly bubbly and iridescent. Unmarked, but with "1972" in writing. Length "6 ¼/ 15,5 cm, width "4 ½/ 12,5 cm. Condition: minimal chips to lower rim as seen on photo.
Double-handled jar by Giovanni Desimone. Decoration of a fish in "Picassoesque" style. Glaze in yellow, orange, red and green over white, c 1960. Signed Desimone. Diameter without handles "5 ¾/ 14,5 cm, height "5 ½"/14 cm. Condition: fine.
An elegant sterling silver small letter opener in Kirk’s “Repousse” pattern. The wide end is beautifully decorated with a pattern of roses and foliage against a stippled background. The flat edge is marked off so it can be used as a ruler. The back is marked with the Kirk hallmarked used 1932-61.
Origin: America, ca. 1950. Condition: excellent, very light wear to the first few 1/16” makers on the ruler at the pointed tip. Weight: 26.5 grams.
Nice wooden recipe box in the form of a book. The cover has burnt and painted decoration showing a cocktail shaker and a beverage. The "title" of the book is "The Art of Mixing Cocktails". The cover opens to reveal a storage area for paper recipe cards specifically designed for cocktail recipes. Ca. 1920. Very good condition; the leather binding on the hinge has dried out and has surface flaking. 6-3/4" x 5-1/4".
A lidded bowl of flattened shape. Shiny glaze over flower fantasy motif in typical Gouda Art Noveau style, c 1920's. Diameter "6 ¾/ 17 cm, height "3 ½/ 9 cm. Painted marks 741 and Gouda, gate-mark, Holland and painter's mark "P", the figures also incised. Condition: chip to rim of lid as shown on photo, otherwise fine.

OLD 1890’s Venetian SALVIATI SEA HORSE Art Glass Compote Base!!! The piece is the bottom half of a compote, but its extremely rare to find one anywhere! The last one I saw sold for over $5,000!!! Even though the piece I have is the bottom part, I think it is an amazing example to have for any collector. The Seahorse has GOLD FLECKS throughout, with an applied harness with little pink dots. The Fins and tail are without damage...
Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1154 sweet pea vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in pink cased glass. (A layer of pink glass over an inner milk-white layer, this treatment is very rare as it was only made from 1938 to about 1940.)The vase is approximately 4 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition...
