Skillfully sculpted in the late 1800's, this exquisite leaf compote is shrouded in a generous coating of gold aventurine. The leaf portion is very thin and masterfully executed freehand. The stem is hollow, and it and the foot are blown into a rib mold and are hot worked into a spiral pattern. At around age 120, the leaf compote is in perfect condition. Measuring 3.5"x6"x6.5"h., the piece is unmarked.

Rare set of 11 Dansk wood chargers, each of laminated exotic and figural wood, stamped with Dansk information on backs, each plate of at least 6 layers of wood.
They measure 12 1/8" directly across, and 13 1/4" at a diagonal angle.
Squarish shapes, rounded corners, center is round, large enough for a regular dinner plate to set inside.
They all have wonderful designs in the wood, some like birds eye maple, some like tiger maple, but they appear to be an exotic wood...
Steuben gold Aurene shape 2622 vase A gold Aurene Steuben vase, shape 2622. The vase is signed “Aurene 2622" on the base around the broken pontil mark.. The double gourd shaped vase has a ruffled rim and is 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
This pieces sparkles! Designed by Ermanno Toso this cylindrical decanter is made with twisted pink canes and aventurine filigree. Matching stopper with clear glass flange and stem. Stopper does have burst bubble which occurred during manufacture. Decanter stands just over 18 inches (46 cm) Tall, and has no chips, cracks or repairs. Retains the blue and silver foil export label used by Fratelli Toso. Identical piece is shown in Leslie Pina's book Fratelli Toso, page 23. Excellent condition...
Pairpoint vase with sterling foot, scalloped rim and handles. The 5 3/4 inch tall vase is copper wheel engraved in a foliate pattern. The foot is marked “Sterling 85" and “Black, Starr & Frost.” The Black, Starr & Frost signature dates the piece to no later than 1929.
A charming petit point on silk purse, done in the tiniest of stitches, and showing a different scene on each side. On the front is a young woman feeding a chicken, the other side showing a swan in a lake with a fountain and castle in the distance. Both sides have a line of flowers surrounding the scenes, the whole against a pale gray lavender background...

Dark amber over colorless signed Galle’ cameo vase in a barrel shape. The vase is decorated with pansies? (I’m not the best botanist in the world by far). The vase is 3 3/4 inches tall and 2 7/8 inches in diameter.
An elegant cranberry-cut-to-clear perfume bottle, likely by Cristallerie de Saint Louis or Cristalleries de Nancy. The bottle is worked in a classic pattern of pillars finished with step cutting at the shoulders and panels cuts on the neck. The base is also cut-to-clear in a star pattern. The hollow-blown stopper is cut in a matching pattern.

These figures date from the early to mid 20th C, possibly of Indian origin, and are frequently found with lost eyes and teeth, making this one a choice specimen.

A vintage mid century modernist dish by William Spratling with four Rosewood feet.
Measures 1 1/8" high and 3 5/8" across. Marked with the conjoined Script 'WS' and Eagle #63. These were the marks used between 1965-67. In good condition, has some tarnish and very minor dings to the body that can mostly be seen from the underside. There are some minor crimps to some of the edges. The wood feet are in very nice condition.
Fine Spratling design.
This six-sided bangle is a truly rare Georg Jensen piece and undoubtedly has gone out of production. It was bought in 1968 and has not been worn very much. This is a design done more than 50 years ago and a long-time GJ dealer in New York says he cannot remember ever having seen the piece. Inside one of the six sides of the bangle is the Georg Jensen mark in a circle of dots, 925S Denmark, and the number 177. The internal diameter is 7cm (2.75in).
This is one of the Steuben animals that I have never seen before. Measuring 5" high, he was introduced in 1974, and I don't know when he was discontinued, but I know he isn't available anymore. He is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 8293.

The figure is made of simple forms, but the attention to detail is evident in the face and head of the figure. A lovely Art Deco cameo glass perfume bottle with rare amethyst glass casing in "Design No 8039" by Cristalleries de Nancy. The design features sprays of stylized poppies against a frosted background. The cameo design is accented with cut details at the shoulder and at the top of the hollow-blown stopper. The base is acid-stamped “Cristal Nancy France.” This design was made in several different overlay colors including green, cobalt blue and ruby, but amethyst appears to be the rarest....
Sterling silver pastry server in Georg Jensen’s 1927 “Viking” pattern (also called “Nordisk”). This is one of the rarest Jensen patterns, and was designed by the master himself. It is beautifully crafted of the heaviest silver and combines traditional Scandinavian motifs with an Art Deco sensibility. The reverse is stamped with the hallmark used until 1930. This pattern has been out of production for many years, and is extremely hard to find.
