A superb and important example of Wilhelm Kage's Farsta series. This vase measures 8 1/4" high and 6 1/2" wide. The glaze is in browns and tans and the decorations is of incised squares, rectangles and vertical lines; it is truly a work of art. On the underside is incised Farsta nine times, Kage, the Gustavsberg hand, Studio, and the letter Y, which dates this piece to 1954. Condition is mint. Museum quality.

4 hand enameled cocktail glasses featuring colorful roosters. Unlike most rooster glasses, these do not depict a cock fight--so none of the glasses has a dead chicken on it!

The glasses have gilding along the rims and around the feet. Very colorful!

Cast iron boot scrape in the form of a Scottie in its original blue paint. The two long spikes that hold the boot scrape in the ground are marked "Copyrighted 1927 By Household Patent Co. Morristown, PA." The company made a variety of metal products such as weather vanes and boot scrapes. RARE:Beautiful, early Georg Jensen art nouveau sterling and garnets pill box, c.1915. It is signed "GEORG JENSEN(embossed on base-1915 mark) 925S(embossed) STERLING DENMARK 143A". It measures 1 1/2" in diameter and 1" high. The silver flower is applied. There are a few problems with the piece. There are no dings but there are some repairs. I think the hinge has been reapplied with lead solder. and there may OR may not be a red glass stone that was applied and set in brass(at the top)...
