21124690 A kangaroo cocktail glass from the Libbey Nash Silhouette series of 1933 with an opalescent stem. The Silhouette series wine glass is illustrated on page 15B of the Libbey-Nash Series 1933 catalog as shown in Fauster on page 330. These were listed in the catalog as available with either black or opalescent stems, although others can be found in clear or frosted colorless glass. The 6 inch tall cocktail glass is signed and perfect.

This fabulous Morgantown Adonis wine goblet with its green Athena stem is in excellent, unused condition and is quite hard to find. This beauty shows a Grecian flowers medallion with the stylized face of Adonis in its center. This elaborate medaliion repeats three times around the panel optic bowl. A signed Libbey silhouette series cat goblet. The stem is a “moonstone” (opalescent) figure of a cat. The wine glass is 7 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. The Silhouette series by Libbey-Nash was produced in 1933 and consisted of 13 different animals. Each type of item (goblet, wine, sherry, compote, etc) used a different animal as a stem.

A handsome set of four sterling silver salt dips with cobalt blue glass liners. The silver walls are intricately pierced in the 18th century style and are raised on scrolled feet. The salts have fitted cobalt blue glass liners. The salts are fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1934 and have an unidentified maker’s mark “WA” in a shield.
Origin: England, 1924. Condition: excellent, no dings, cracks or chips. Size: 2-3/16” x 1-11/16” x 1-1/4” tall. Silver Weight: 74.0 grams.

MacBeth-Evans American Sweetheart monax 11" Chop Plate is in excellent/mint condition. This pattern was made from 1930-36.
Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1154 sweet pea vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in pink cased glass. (A layer of pink glass over an inner milk-white layer, this treatment is very rare as it was only made from 1938 to about 1940.)The vase is approximately 4 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition...
This Morgantown Chanticleer novelty or figural stem features a crystal clear rooster. The blown bowl and the foot are a light amethyst, and altogether is quite festive indeed. These Chanticleer stems came in 6 colors and were produced in the 1930s. This one is in excellent, unused condition and stand 5" tall and 3" across the rim.
