Modelled in the Roseville traditional Nouveau-Déco transitional style, glazed in matte green, white and yellow with a design of relief modelled Cosmos flowers, c 1940. Marked Roseville U S A 1151-2. This pretty pink depression glass Doric 4 Inch high 10 ounce Footed Tumbler was made by Jeannette Glass from 1935 to 1938. This Tumbler measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter at the top and is in very good condition. This Tumbler has just a few tiny flea bites in those ribs that go around the tumbler at the pattern. These flea bites are common in this style tumbler. They are not bad, but they are there. Be sure to search our other Doric available. We guarantee all items to be as described...

The Newport or Hairpin pattern was made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's. The color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. A vintage mid century modernist pair of salad servers in sterling silver and exotic wood by William Spratling. One is an open slotted spoon/fork and the other is a large serving spoon. They each measure 12 1/4" long and 2 1/4" across the bowls. Marked with the conjoined 'WS', Taxco and 925. These were the marks used between 1933-40, the first design period.

Made of thick lightly hammered sterling with three small balls near where the silver is attached to the wood...
