Pepper and salt set, probably 1960's, marked Made in England. When put together the two halves form a white sphere, when apart they display a printed decoration in black of two stylized lions, the design in the manner of Richard Guyatt. Height "3 ¼/ 8 cm. Condition: fine.

Sophisticated faceted vessel's purity of form and color suggest Flavio Poli. I have seen similar types of pieces attributed to Poli. The smoke and golden interior colors are soft and appear to float. This piece is in good condition and is the essence of good modern minimalist design. Measuring 1.5"x1.5"x5"h, the form retains a worn but readable import label.

Two flapper dress tricot scarves, one yellow and rust (a), the other in shades of brown, blue-grey and yellow (b). Both made of atificial silk and from the Charleston era, 1920’s. Length (b) "79 / 200 cm and "66 / 168 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in England by Mintons before 1920. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cup is 3 1/8 inches high without the handle. The set is made of fine, white bone china. The cup has an Empire style handle that rises above the rim of the cup. The cup flares at the rim and tapers towards the middle giving it a graceful quality. The set is decorated with delicate, flowing art nouveau flowers...

Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. A mother of pearl necklace, the double-sided pendant inlaid with pieces of various shades of MOP to harmonize with the motives of a palace and a pagoda. Korean? Diameter of the pendant is "1 ¾ / 4.6 cm, length of chain "21 / 55 cm. The necklace is restrung and the present string is elastic. Condition: fine.

This porcelain dish was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory, known as KPM, in 1920. The dish measures 8 1/2 inches across the handles and is 2 inches high. The porcelain blank has a reticulated border and intricate molded scrolls. The base of the dish stands on four scrolled feet. The reticulation and molded designs are all accented with fine hand gilding. There is a colorful bouquet of flowers in the center of the dish...

Cambridge Glass Ice Cream Spoon with amber scoops and crystal handles are in perfect condition. Three are available. They are about 8.5" long, made before 1940 when homemade ice cream only came in "soft" texture -- so glass spoons were very usable!
