Here is a lovely and rare red Argenta fruit platter designed by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 7 1/2" in diameter. On the underside is stamped in gold the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia, Argenta, the model number 1003 I. The original label is partially intact (see photo). All silver intact.
This extraordinary hand colored lithograph is called "Beauty and the Beast". It was created in 1978 for Gustavsberg. Signed and dated (19)78. It measures 13 1/8" x 16 3/4". Mint condition.Purchased from an individual who acquired it directly from Stig L. himself.

Sensitive and endearing 800 silver animal figure. Made by Buccellati in Italy. A chimp with raised arm, big funny ears, and expressive face sits on amethyst crystal base with joined feet. A playful primate with tensile hands and feet, and shaggy wire fur. Marked “Buccellati Italy 800”. Excellent condition with deep patina.

A small Mid Century unpolished sterling box with wooden insert. Marked 950 Sterling, it measures 3-1/2"(w) x 1-1/4"(h). There is a nick on the top and it doesn't close tightly, otherwise in fine condition.
Rare sterling silver baby rattle featuring an etched inscription, depicting birth date, a clock motif signifying birth time, and birth weight. Hard-to-find with a clock, this is terrific piece for the collector. Dates 1940 or earlier. In good condition with some light wear to the sterling finish, it measures 3.5" long and 1.25" diameter. I am not a specialist in this sort of thing, but will describe to the best of my ability: this is a vintage, circa 1920's to early 1940's at latest, ceramic work depicting a distant fairy castle, towering cumulus clouds in the sky, a grove of trees at right balancing the scene. Measurements are 9 1/2" by 10 1/2" by 7/8" thick, and the piece weighs roughly 2 3/4 pounds. More than likely this is by one of the known ceramic works of California from the Arts and Crafts period; found in Los Angeles...
Circular cobalt blue bowl, a relief design of silver flecks forming a shimmering nebula inside the massive rim. Murano c 1960 and probably by Seguso. Diameter "4 ½ / 11.5 cm, height "1 2/3 / 4 cm. Condition: fine.
Small and beautiful cased opaline and clear glass bulb vase, with speckles in reddish brown to puce over the light blue opaline. By Arthur Percy for Gullaskruf glassworks. A few pieces in this series entered the collections of the National Swedish Glass Museum in 1960, hence the dating of this item. Height "1 ¾ / 4.7 cm. Condition: fine.
