Steuben gold Aurene shape 2622 vase A gold Aurene Steuben vase, shape 2622. The vase is signed “Aurene 2622" on the base around the broken pontil mark.. The double gourd shaped vase has a ruffled rim and is 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches in diameter.

Dark amber over colorless signed Galle’ cameo vase in a barrel shape. The vase is decorated with pansies? (I’m not the best botanist in the world by far). The vase is 3 3/4 inches tall and 2 7/8 inches in diameter.

Pairpoint vase with sterling foot, scalloped rim and handles. The 5 3/4 inch tall vase is copper wheel engraved in a foliate pattern. The foot is marked “Sterling 85" and “Black, Starr & Frost.” The Black, Starr & Frost signature dates the piece to no later than 1929.

Rare set of 11 Dansk wood chargers, each of laminated exotic and figural wood, stamped with Dansk information on backs, each plate of at least 6 layers of wood. They measure 12 1/8" directly across, and 13 1/4" at a diagonal angle. Squarish shapes, rounded corners, center is round, large enough for a regular dinner plate to set inside. They all have wonderful designs in the wood, some like birds eye maple, some like tiger maple, but they appear to be an exotic wood...

A charming petit point on silk purse, done in the tiniest of stitches, and showing a different scene on each side. On the front is a young woman feeding a chicken, the other side showing a swan in a lake with a fountain and castle in the distance. Both sides have a line of flowers surrounding the scenes, the whole against a pale gray lavender background...

This pieces sparkles! Designed by Ermanno Toso this cylindrical decanter is made with twisted pink canes and aventurine filigree. Matching stopper with clear glass flange and stem. Stopper does have burst bubble which occurred during manufacture. Decanter stands just over 18 inches (46 cm) Tall, and has no chips, cracks or repairs. Retains the blue and silver foil export label used by Fratelli Toso. Identical piece is shown in Leslie Pina's book Fratelli Toso, page 23. Excellent condition...

An elegant cranberry-cut-to-clear perfume bottle, likely by Cristallerie de Saint Louis or Cristalleries de Nancy. The bottle is worked in a classic pattern of pillars finished with step cutting at the shoulders and panels cuts on the neck. The base is also cut-to-clear in a star pattern. The hollow-blown stopper is cut in a matching pattern.

Outstanding three-piece sterling silver dresser set with guilloche enamel. Both brushes have natural bristles and the jar is panel-cut. All pieces are fully hallmarked for "G. Bros." London and Birmingham, 1928. The markings also indicate the pieces were made for export to America.

This is a classic Steuben vase with a contemporary twist made by George Thompson, consisting of a hand blown fluid crystal bowl having a knot straped stem with hand-applied entwined glass pieces attached up the base,. Condition: Very good with no chips o cracks, surface scratches visible. Measurement: 8 1/2 _" h.

Early vintage rosewood & sterling silver dish or ashtray designed & signed c. 1930's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). The piece measures 3 1/4" across and 1 1/2" high. The hand carved octangular wood holder is inset with a hand hammered 980 sterling silver liner. Signed twice - WS TAXCO 980 on the silver, also WS TAXCO branded into the underside of the wood. Spratling always branded his wood furniture and objects. Beautiful condition...

This is a very fine example of Tapio Wirkkala's Jäkälä (Lichen) /Sormivaasi (Finger vase) series. It measures 3 7/8" (10cm) high. On the underside is etched Tapio Wirkkala Ittala. Mint condition.

DESCRIPTION: Wonderful melon-shaped split oak basket with a sturdy bentwood handle which is oak-wrapped on both ends. This early 1900’s basket is in great condition with no losses noted. DIMENSIONS: 15" long x 12.5" wide; height with handle is 11", w/o 8".

RARE:Beautiful, early Georg Jensen art nouveau sterling and garnets pill box, c.1915. It is signed "GEORG JENSEN(embossed on base-1915 mark) 925S(embossed) STERLING DENMARK 143A". It measures 1 1/2" in diameter and 1" high. The silver flower is applied. There are a few problems with the piece. There are no dings but there are some repairs. I think the hinge has been reapplied with lead solder...

Incredible copper brass, and mother-of-pearl crab dish, Mexico, c.1945. One of the most exciting table wear pieces from Mexico, unsigned. A vintage mid century modernist dish by William Spratling with four Rosewood feet.

Measures 1 1/8" high and 3 5/8" across. Marked with the conjoined Script 'WS' and Eagle #63. These were the marks used between 1965-67. In good condition, has some tarnish and very minor dings to the body that can mostly be seen from the underside. There are some minor crimps to some of the edges. The wood feet are in very nice condition.

Description: Wonderful hand made repousse silver ceremonial tea pot, very well crafted, entirely engraved mostly floral design, The decorated lid is attached with a silver chain to the handle which itself is in a shape of a dragon. Dimensions: 9" in height and 6" in width depth of 2.5". This item is in good condition with a minor dent to the side and belongs to early 20th century.

A difficult wood with which to work, ebony is also an exceedingly attractive one as this hand carved crocodile attests with its exotic and realistic hide. Bone teeth and eyes complete the sculpture. These figures date from the early to mid 20th C, possibly of Indian origin, and are frequently found with lost eyes and teeth, making this one a choice specimen.

Classic cheese knife made of sterling and rosewood by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1948. This heavy gauge silver piece shows a lush Mexican design with a curved sterling blade and measures 6 1/4" long. It is signed "HA(flared) STERLING TAXCO MEXICO 9(bellmark)TALLER BORDA" and is in good condition. There is an 3/4" slight age crack in the wood on one side and there is a bit of metal roughness at the outer edge on both sides that could be original. Large stylized murano glass figure of a kneeling Asian, rendered in two shades of smoky gray glass with amethyst undertones. The figure is made of simple forms, but the attention to detail is evident in the face and head of the figure. The figure stands 13.5 inches (34.2 cm) tall and is slightly over 5 inches (12.7 cm) wide and is 7.5 inches (19 cm) deep. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or repairs. This six-sided bangle is a truly rare Georg Jensen piece and undoubtedly has gone out of production. It was bought in 1968 and has not been worn very much. This is a design done more than 50 years ago and a long-time GJ dealer in New York says he cannot remember ever having seen the piece. Inside one of the six sides of the bangle is the Georg Jensen mark in a circle of dots, 925S Denmark, and the number 177. The internal diameter is 7cm (2.75in).
