This really pretty green Colonial, aka Knife and Fork, depression glass two-handled sugar bowl with lid was made by Hocking Glass from 1934 to 1938. This sugar bowl measures 6 3/4 inches high to the top of the knob on the lid X 4 inches in diameter not including the handles. Both the sugar bowl bottom and lid are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Be sure to search our other Colonial depression glass items available. We guarantee items to be as described. Beautiful Japanese studio vase, in the form of a Han Dynasty cocoon vase, in the Mingei style, mid 20th century. Very reminiscent of the work of Kawai Kanjiro. This vase is not signed, and it is missing its original box which would have made an attribution possible. 26cm by 19cm (roughly 9 3/4" by 7 1/2"). In beautiful condition.

This hand hammered sterling silver bowl was designed & signed c. 1940's by Taxco Mexico artist William Spratling. The interior of the bowl measures 6 1/2" across & 2 1/2 inches deep. Bowl weight is 652 grams or 23 oz. Each of the 3 handles are accented with 2 raised silver domes. Beautiful condition. Excellent accent piece for any room. This design is included in the superb & permanent 20th century Mexican silver collection at LACMA.

Hocking Glass Company Mayfair 8" Pink Pitcher produced from 1931-1936. In pristine condition. This pattern is also called "Open Rose" by some.

A hand painted porcelain Japanese bowl in the style of earlier Nabeshima high footed shallow bowls. The blue is painted underglaze and the green and brown are painted over the glaze in enamels. Bodhidharma was a Buddhist who came to China in the 5th or 6th century and is credited with the founding of Chan Buddhism which in Japan became Zen Buddhism. The hooded man with an earring is in front of the stylized sea contained in a cloud border. Late 19th or early 20th century, perhaps Hirado...

A mother of pearl necklace, the double-sided pendant inlaid with pieces of various shades of MOP to harmonize with the motives of a palace and a pagoda. Korean? Diameter of the pendant is "1 ¾ / 4.6 cm, length of chain "21 / 55 cm. The necklace is restrung and the present string is elastic. Condition: fine.

Pretty English Modern sterling silver vase, 1937. Straight and tapering sides with curved bottom; overhanging mouth has wavy curvilinear rim with applied reeding. Stepped and domed foot; foot underside wood lined. Fully marked including Birmingham assay stamp, Boodle & Dunthorne maker’s stamp, and phrase “Boodle & Dunthorne / Liverpool”. Very good condition.

A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger, the rim engraved "Only A Thimble Full". The workmanship of this jigger is very good and the engraving is among the nicest we've seen. Marked "Sterling." It was likely made by either Watson or Thomae.
