Three small dishes in a soft leaflike shape, in the white and very thinly glazed. From the Revernay pottery (founded in a village with that name around 1900 and moved to Vallauris in southern France after WWII). Many avantgarde ceramists who worked in modernist style – one of them being Picasso – gathered in Vallauris in the 50s and 60s. Width "3 / 7.5 cm. Condition: rim frits to one dish (cf. pics).

Mosaic pottery tazza and vase from the 1940s or 50s, by Gerbino, France. The handling and modelling of clays in various colors necessary for the creation of this kind of art objects was a complicated procedure, mastered only by Jean Gerbino and his family in Vallauris, the French studio pottery center of the period. Impressed marks Gerbino and Vallauris. Height of tazza "3 ½ / 9 cm and of the vase "5 ½ / 14 cm, diameter of tazza "6/ 15 cm. Condition: fine.

Fenton Blue Opalescent Hob Nail Handled Mini Bowl is in mint condition. It measures 5.5" at the widest and is 2.5" high. Made in the 1950's -- no logo.

A classic late Art Deco or early modernist porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that anise-flavored aperitifs should be served with water to dilute the drink. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars and cafes to increase their sales. This squared-off rectangular form is less common than the traditional globe-shaped pitcher and became popular after World War II...

"Frence hand painted" mark French Porcelain fluted marquise shape small Dish, maybe Samson Porcelain factory, 1960's, 1" high, 4" 3 1/4" wide, beautifully raised enamel painted of Pomegranate branch in the center inside border of scrolling vines with lots of brilliant gold highlighted. The size of Trinket Box: 2 3/8" Long x 1 1/4" W x 2 1/4" High. This is very adorable French Porcelain Limoges Trinket Pig Box. It is all hand painted. The subject of Little lady pig taking the nap on the blue cushion with semi bikini. Inside box has her bikini top as well as sunglass and necklace. The bottom of Box said, "Peint Main B.L" signed with Limoges France marked. The metal works are done in copper instead of brass(yellow). This is most adorable Trinket Pig Box seen...

Lovely glass paperweight button featuring a swirled pink and white rose set off by three green leaves and adventurine on an opaque white ground.

Origin:Possibly Charles Kaziun, Brockton, Mass., ca. 1950s but more likely Czechoslovokia, 1920's. Charles Kaziun produced this same style paperweight button with 4 leaves instead of three and with a looped wire shank without a shankplate. Condition: mint. Size: 7/16" diam.

Pair Glass Paperweights, Bookends, Vintage around 1960's, 3 1/2" wide, 4 1/4" high, oval shape, Burgundy color floral pattern, the condition is good.

DESCRIPTION: A lovely set of five red clay Mexican earthenware nesting bowls, dating from the 1950's. The bowls are decorated in fluid strokes of blue between blue line borders on a white/cream ground. The interiors have a line of blue around the inner circumference with dollops of green glaze. Very good condition, no chips, original imperfections that add to the charm. DIMENSIONS: Largest bowl: 10.25 diameter x 4.75” high. Smallest bowl: 5.5” diameter x 2” high.
