It is Hallmarked with the William Guerin French porcelain factory mark #3 in green underglaze white ware with "Limoges" and "France". Ca 1900-1932 . There are no chips, no cracks and no repairs to this item. It is in fantastic condition. Looks a great deal like Picard work.
