This is a truly exceptional example of the artistry of Berndt Friberg. This very large vase measures 15 1/4" (39cm) and is 3 1/2" (9cm) in diameter. On the underside is incised Friberg with the Gustavsberg Studio Hand insignia. The date code c signifies this vase was created in 1961. The blue/brown haresfur glaze is perfection.

This pair of porcelain swans was produced in the United States by Lenox between 1930 and 1960. They measure 4 3/4 inches long and 3 1/8 inches high. The porcelain swan forms a little cup like vessel in which to hold nuts or mints. The porcelain is molded in the shape of a swan with graceful neck and defined feathers. It is colored salmon pink. The edges of the wing, tail and feet are accented with gold. Condition: Excellent

Pair Roseville candlesticks Style #1134. What makes these different from virtually all other Roseville pieces is that they show the iris blooms in the normal three dimentional shape, rising up from the base. The blooms are white tinged with a pinkish lavender and bits of yellow. They measure 3 1/2" tall x 4" wide and are in excellent condition.

The back with a character in gilt, possibly Qiu, meaning Autumn. It is also defined by Graesse in his classical work about pottery and porcelain marks as from the village of Shinomine in Arita.
