The cherubs are standing on gilded balls. They are well modeled with fine detail with a strong art deco influence. Each one is playing a musical instrument. They are a jolly little trio. This porcelain group was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl between 1955 and 1957. The model number is 1524. It measures 3 inches high by 3 inches wide. The figure is modeled with fine detail. The fur, toes and fingers are all well defined. Their facial expressions give these little imps charm. They are hand painted in earth tones. Condition: They are in excellent, original condition with a minor glaze pit. This is mentioned for accuracy.

Fine LARGE Glazed Stoneware Studio Pottery Jar - Malcolm Pepper

This large and impressive stoneware jar was made by Malcolm Pepper (1937 - 1980) during the 1970s. It is "heavily-potted" and attractively decorated. Looking inside shows it was thrown in two sections, luted together at the widest part of the body. The outer surface coated in a finely-crackled transparent glaze that has a hint of green. The inner surface coated in a dark iron glaze.

Late 1960s early 1970s ELC marked "Roke's Drift" red and blue glazed Zulu plate with a raku tupe glaze , the body seems to have some animal hair mixed in the clay body. A nice piece with beautiful colors and texture. There is a chip at the edge as seen in pictures. D 7.2" h 1.3" The ELC Art and Craft Centre were started in 1962 by Peder and Ulla Gowenius.
